I've been here several times but yesterday I had the best mocha I've had in a while so I felt compelled to give a review. Mostly, I get coffee products, and I've been pleased with Rivertown's product. I've also had their tomato and egg breakfast sandwich a handful of times. I like the sandwich as well, but I will say (in my opinion of course) that it needs salt to go with it. The staff has always been friendly and the building is always clean.

CONS: Too many flies and uncomfortable seats.
PROS: Extremely friendly service, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere.

Who has a health score of 95, not I place I want to go to again. The flies were everywhere. The lady was extremely rude and had poor service. The coffee gave me and all my friends issues. I would suggest going to turbo- sincerely a UNA student.

I have only been to Rivertown a few times, but I have really enjoyed my experiences there. Daniel is the NICEST employee. So helpful and kind!!! They have a great variety of drinks and it’s easy to see why this is such a popular spot:) My coffees have been wonderful-however, when I ordered mine decaf, they didn’t write on the cup and after getting jittery, I realized it’s was notttttt decaffeinated. The store is stinky (less so if you go after breakfast) and it’s super hazy in there from the cooking. Think their stovepipe is too small. Even though there are some things they could work on, I couldn’t help but give them 5 stars! The coffee is delicious!

The food was okay - nothing special. The service was very slow and disorganized. People who ordered after us were served well before us, and our order came out in shifts rather than the same time.

Such an awesome Cafe and Lunch spot. The staff were all so incredibly sweet and friendly. I got a delicious mango smoothie made with orange juice and did some work with the free wifi and then on my way out I got a fantastic grilled cheese and tomato basil soup special with a sweet tea - yum! The ambience inside was great - fun art, not too-too crowded, clean bathrooms, and counters and tables to sit and work at or hang out with friends. They had both breakfast and lunch available when I was there between about 9am and noon. Lovely spot in downtown Florence and we'll within walking distance of other things that looked fun!

On vacation my we stopped in here for breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. The people were so nice, the food and coffee was great. Couldn't ask for more. If we make our way back through here we will definitely stop again!

In town from NJ visiting friends and family in the area. The Daybreak sandwich with ham on sourdough was the single best thing I ate the entire visit. I have been home for a week now and I still think about how good it was. Definitely will be returning when I am back in town.

The pimento cheese and bacon omelette was *chef's kiss* and coffee is always awesome!

Rivertown coffee is awesome. Very cool place to hang out, grab a small bite to eat and some great coffee. It's nice to have such high quality coffee not from a chain. Also, the owner is really cool and a stand up guy. Highly recommend giving this place your business.
