Paninis were outstanding as well as the Hazelnut Latte. Only issue was the side of frozen fruit. I'm not sure it was sufficiently thawed. Tasted good, just had to sick on it until it melted 😆

I’ve been coming to Rivertown for so long it was called Aromas back then. When this guy bought it I was hooked again. Clean, amazing service, wonderful food. Tip these people. They are so kind and truly care about you. Why go anywhere else? They even have wine and beer 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻

Rivertown is always pretty busy and it isn't hard to see why. I used to go for their Caramel Frappe all the time, but recently had lunch here for the first time. I got a Turkey Pesto Panini and it was sooo good! The staff are always patient and helpful. Definitely want to go back for lunch again.

Always friendly, quick service, and they make the best coffees. My fav., caramel cappuccino and PB Banana Sandwich. Amazing!

I was there a couple days ago. The staff here is amazing. The coffee is superb. The only
negative was this group of super obnoxious, rude entitled mini-Karens who were terrorizing the poor staff , but that’s not River Town’s fault and they handled it really professionally (better than I would have).
1) 5 stars for RT and negative 10 stars for the mini-Karens.
2) Folks, raise your kids to be decent people, then send them to River Town.
3) Call Turbo and warn them about their newest customers 👀

Never in my life have I felt more at home in a place, other than mama’s house, of course. Everything hits exactly the way it should! I’ll eat their soup every day, but the excitement of the cool, bamaland climate, brings my excitement up a number of notches. Love these folks, this place, this town, and how welcomed I have always felt. A true asset to Florence!

The staff were friendly and professional. The coffee was good but not hot and there was no powdered creamer. Other than those 2 minor things the over all atmosphere was just as I would have it. I really liked the new outdoor seating that was added since my last visit.

i was appalled by how i was treated. i am a 20 year old college student visiting florence and i will never come back here. they were busy but i’ve seen busier, and the brain of the girl making coffee was working .5 mph. we waited 30 minutes for some mid coffee only to be yelled at to move over when we weren’t even in the way. go to turbo, river town isn’t worth it. don’t give these people the time of day. my friends and i did nothing to be rude customers but were still treated like we were the most awful human beings on the planet. if i could sue i would i hate this place.

Good food, good coffee at fair prices and quality.

go-to for non-starbuck coffee in florence. small but surprisingly delicious breakfast menu.
