Seeds has a welcoming, laid back atmosphere in a beautiful setting. If you look around, you see people from all walks of life studying, reading, chatting with friends, or taking in the music playing and the wonderful smell of coffee while enjoying their drinks and snacks. Their coffee is ethically sourced, roasted on site, and absolutely wonderful. Their teas are delicious, too. The staff is helpful and cheery. And the brown butter donuts are worth every calorie. My favorites are the Chocolate Mint Tea Latte and the traditional Latte. For just coffee, the Brazilian and Ethiopian blends come highly recommend. And I plan to try the Nitro Cold Brew on my next visit. I wish I lived close to Seeds, because I would make it a regular part of my weekdays I if I did.

Wow, best Americano I have ever had and I consider myself a coffee fanatic! This is one of the best coffee houses I have ever been to and I travel extensively. Super impressed and cannot wait to go back on my next trip to Birmingham!

Excellent locally owned and roasted coffee. The quality of the coffee and attention to detail is evident. Be prepared to wait a bit for your coffee, especially if you choose a more involved brewing method...but that's half the fun. Plenty of seating and even an NES with a lot of old school games to play in a comfortable corner of the shop.

Great coffee and food. Be sure to go when you are hungry because their breakfast biscuits are amazing.

One of my favorite coffee shops to go to when I want to treat myself. Since it’s 30 mins from my home, I love morning that I wake up with extra time before work to get coffee from here

A unique little coffee shop that looks to be a renovated gas station. The atmosphere was super chill, with a few university students focused on their work. It was relatively quiet, and the baristas were extremely knowledgeable about their coffee selection. I personally had an iced Nicaragua roast, and it tasted very similar to chocolate covered blueberries. Imagine that!
I highly recommend this little spot to any coffee connoisseur or just anyone who can appreciate a great cuppa joe!

Amazing coffee. Lots of parking and seating. My new go to place for coffee since it's just down the road from my office. Also, great atmosphere for working remotely.

Their espresso is great. Very flavorful. Wish it had been served with sparkling water though. The drip was probably the best I've had in bham so far. Feel of the place seems a little outdated, but the outdoor seating is great and abundant.

Awesome place! One of the guys who helped start the shop was serving us, and he was really helpful, knowledgeable, and made a great latte. Their whole process of making coffee, from sourcing beans, to roasting, to brewing, seems well thought through and intentional. The vibe is great too.

A fantastic study atmosphere and fun venue, seeds would be enough to visit once, but you'll come back for the incredible coffee they roast in house, teas, and crafted espresso drinks over and over. There is also a great selection of food that could be your meal or tie you over until a main meal. I can speak from personal experience to the above from many many visits. It is also so easy to treat as a pitstop as you are driving through bham. Still my favorite stop in bham.
