Once you have exceptional coffee, you're always looking for it again. You can't ever really know from the outside if making amazing coffee is important to a shop until you go in. Today I started my day off with coffee that is as good and you can get. Seeds is special and from the line that formed right at opening, I'd say many people from Birmingham already know where their best coffee resides. If you're into coffee and you're anywhere close to Birmingham, you need to make the time. Thank you Seeds for such a great experience. I had the iced cold brew and the cinnamon honey latte.

I’ve been wanting to visit this coffee shop for a while and it did NOT disappoint 😍 the coffee is probably the best I can think of in the area. It wasn’t too sweet or too bitter and it just had a wonderful depth of flavor! I got an iced caramel latte and ordered some food to-go as well. I got the breakfast bowl with sausage and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. All of the food was so fresh and tasty as well. This coffee shop really stands out amongst the rest. The inside was airy but also cozy with plenty of seating. I can’t wait to go back for a study day when I start my classes back!

Delicious coffee (tried the cinnamon latte!) and pastries! Very welcoming and social atmosphere in the cafe and they had clean outdoor spaces to sit too. Will be coming back to try their other flavors!

Seeds is the best coffee shop around. Fresh, local, delicious food. Consistently great service. For $8 this breakfast plate has scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, seasonal fruit, and toast with honey butter.
The atmosphere is awesome. Lots of seating (inside and outside) for studying or meeting friends. chill music and plants give it a home feeling. Real plates, silverware, coffee mugs too. If you've been going to Starbucks, Seeds will change your life.

**They're also kid-friendly, and very wheelchair accessible. There's a changing table in 1 of 2 large, very clean, single bathrooms (perfect for dads or any gender parent).

Can I just say that I LOVED this spot. We flew in from Chicago and this was our first stop before heading to my sister's. I was blown away by how busy it was on a Wednesday around 10am. By busy, I mean everyone was working on their laptops, having conversations.. and just taking it slow while getting their work done. It was a nice change of pace from our rushing around constantly. Now, about the coffee... it was sooooo good. I got the lavender citrus latte. And it was very well done. We will be back!

I don’t venture to too many places . I have missed this spot since moving here . Always thinking. I wish it was a good coffee place around I could walk to etc sit be okay . Finally saw seeds again decided to go in after minutes in the car prepping myself . They have tons of open space to dine with shade as well . So I could be off to the side alone . The bathroom is clean. I don’t have a baby but I appreciate the changing table . It was a low buzz of ppl talking laughing , dishes clanking . Walking in the smell wasn’t over powering( but more of uhm let me get closer . I got the Carmel latte and avocado biscuit sandwich which came to about 14 dollars and change plus tip 21 dollars . Oh for any weebs and geeks there are a lot of poke stops and gyms here . Just around the corner is patriot park more poke stops and gyms . Also I don’t pictures of food so anyone who wanted to see before hand 🤣🤣 oops I ate it and drank it lol that’s what was left . The biscuits are filling yummy the eggs are great as well . I’m not sure who could eat such a big fluffy biscuit in one sitting you’ll be full all day

This place is awesome. Incredibly well-made coffee, from the beans to the homemade syrups used in lattes. You can tell the baristas are trained to know what they're doing. I've never met an employee that was unfriendly. Good food / pastries as well. On certain Saturdays they do a collaboration with Hattie B's where they have a hot chicken biscuit that is delicious. Good atmosphere as well. Highly recommend this place.

Just a wonderful experience. The atmosphere reminds one of a Seattle or NYC cafe. Hip, energetic, wonderful smells, kind people - just great beginning to end. Food & coffee were perfect. The avocado egg on a homemade biscuit were the perfect accompaniment to the coffee. Lattes and drip coffees were delicious and handmade. Look forward to many more experiences here. Thanks to Jay the owner and to all the staff for a great morning.

We LOVE seeds coffee! It really is the best tasting coffee around. They also sale whole bean, locally roasted coffee. This place is perfect.

Fantastic coffee shop in Homewood. The coffee is very good. Great for meeting, friends, studying, working, etc. I also have pretty good hours for coffee shops around here. Highly recommend.
