The latte was crafted, in-house vanilla syrup, and delicious. Made me forget I was paying grande price for a tall size in Starbucks lingo. Also got a biscuit that would make grandma approve except for the "thick cut" bacon. Literal with the singular form (just the one), and metaphorical on the thick cut, maybe compared to a McDonald's strip? Otherwise well worth the cost.

This place is amazing. We stopped here on our road trip and had the best Alabama hospitality. All of the staff were extremely friendly and genuine people. The Uganda coffee was delicious along with the chocolate mint tea latte. The beans are freshly roasted in house. They also have a cool outdoor patio and a lounge area to play video games.

Seeds is unique. I love how it tries to be itself but it is basically the embodiment of a millennial coffee shop. Opens late and stays open late. Sometimes the Baristas are fast. Sometimes they get overwhelmed.
Music at night is usually fairly Open Mic level but it is a fun environment if that is your thing. Very college-age crowd.
The coffee is good but you can get good coffee for less money at other places in town at other snazzy coffee shops.
This place gets a lot of people in and out for business but the truth is it's a great place to make your regular stop.
Since it is a retrofitted gas station the seating outside is awesome assuming the weather is good.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Birmingham. It is a great place for studying or for catching up with a friend over coffee. Plenty of seating ranging from tables, high top tables, couches, etc. They even have outdoor seating.
Coffee is great. All is made to order and pour over. Only downside to that is there is only 1 size (12 oz)

Great looking place! Lots of support for local music! It's a real community spot. The place was pretty full but not obnoxiously so. My coffee was great. Only downside is, with such a focus on quality they slow drip every cup. That's great, but it took a while to get a cup of coffee. I won't go here if I'm ever on a hurry. But i will come back if I have the time to spend. Thanks Seeds!

Extremely nice staff. Very chill atmosphere. Lots of tables/seating and plenty of wall jacks to plug your laptops in. They also have outdoor seating, too! Coffee is also outstanding. My new favorite coffee shop in Birmingham.

One of the best cups of coffee I've had in Birmingham. I asked what their seasonal coffee was and went with their recommendation (honey and cinnamon latte). Great call. They have a unique location and environment, and they have plenty of seating. They also have a good nitro cold brew available. Definitely worth dropping by and giving a try.

Stopped here passing through the city. Cappuccino was very nice and they sell beans from Laos as well! Really interesting and unique. The barista said that the shop has a family relationship with the farmer there. Very cool stuff. The beans brewed up nicely in an aeropress.

Plenty of space and places to park. The staff are really cool and nice. The whole place feels like it is serving a real purpose rather than being fake. There are bookshelves with books to read and there are cool local items for sale too. Coffee is very good. I don't even have a sufficiently developed palate to appreciate the different brews. It's pretty cool.

Coffee aficionados, look no further than Birmingham's own seeds coffee. This place is crawling with culture and good company. The coffee here is stellar and on point each time I taste it. Espresso, pour-over, latte, or whatever you desire, they will make it taste great with a great attitude
