Great coffee and biscuit sandwiches. Great place to meet up for coffee

Love it! Went to this place yesterday for the first time. Went back this morning for the awesome coffee and blueberry scone. I like the atmosphere and customer service was wonderful. Reminds me of Portland and Vancouver. I will always come to this place whenever I am in town for work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! Kuddos to Shelby and Oscar. I walked in at 2:45 (15min before closing) with an order of 8 drinks and they made it happen with a smile. The coffee was amazing too! Definitely coming back.

One of the better cafe/coffee shops in the area. Coffee is great and food is good as well, decent outdoor seating also.

Coffee is delicious and the food is good. It’s always packed which is a bigger issue in the winter as the inside is pretty small if you were trying to get a table or avoiding tight spaces during the pandemic. They have lots of outdoor seating that’s nice if the weather is good. They do have an online ordering system and outdoor pickup window. Process has always been smooth. Biggest issue I have with Seeds is that they sell out quickly on their food items.
