The hype didn't live up to reality. Very average Mexican fare. Small portions. I'm not saying it's bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

This place is incredible!!! I had the special of the day, which was a beef enchilada, tamale, and bean burrito smothered with a couple different sauces. One of the sauces was their green chili. This green chili was the perfect blend of flavor with the right amount of spiciness. Mom had the shrimp fajitas and I believe that they were the best fajitas I have ever had the pleasure of trying (she let me try a couple of shrimp).

If you are traveling through Wyoming and going by Sinclair and you are hungry...STOP here and eat. You will not be disappointed. They do get busy and you might have to wait or even share a table with others. But for food this YUMMY 😋 who cares!!!!

Update (10/06/2021):
We made a trip up into the Snowy Range mountains to lookatthefallcolors. After we were finished driving through the mountains we were VERY hungry. We decided to go to Su Casa even though it added another 40+ miles to our trip. I will just say that it was well worth it.

The flavor of the food has stayed consistent since my last time eating at Su Casa. I won't go too deep into the regular food this time because it was wonderful as always. What I do want to discuss is the desert we had this time. We enjoyed their Fruit Stuffed Sopapillas. They come in apple, cherry, blueberry, and strawberry. Mom had the cherry and I had the bluberry. They were AMAZING!! My sister had something called the Chango which is a cream cheese filled and deep fried burrito that comes with any of the fruit toppings you want. I will post pictures of each.

The best part of our experience was Monica and other staff there. They are extremely courteous and anttentive. I wish that they weren't so far away. I would be there at least 1-2 times per week.

This is pure Chaos

You definitely get your money's worth here. The food is delicious, the restrooms and eating area are clean, and the employees are polite.

First time here was really nice. Host was awesome. And I gotta say the food was amazing. The place was really clean. Even my baby loved it. I would recommend if anyone traveling through Wyoming make a stop at Su Casa Cafe and you would feel right at home.

This little hideaway is awesome. My daughter and I got there on a Friday evening close to closing. We were treated so special. The waitress, nor staff, tried to hurry us out so they could close and go home.
The food was so delicious. The prices were very reasonable.
If you ever have a chance to visit and eat at this establishment, you will not be sorry. It is run by family and, believe me, you are treated like family.
Exceptional!!! Can't say enough about the food or the staff.
Please go. Enjoy

This place is a gem and definitely worth a stop if driving through (even better if you live here). It is small and bustling so you may have to wait for a table but well worth the wait. All of the food is outstanding but anything with green chile is amazing. Don't forget to get a chango for dessert.

Went twice in two days because it was good food, nice people, well reviewed and clean. Chicken guacamole taco round one and chimi for round two. Good red chili also. Will return if in the hood
