It's open on Sunday, unlike many restaurants in the area. The food is good and hearty. It's not even close to authentic Mexican, and like many Wyoming Mexican restaurants, they cater to local tastes. I find myself going here regularly, more out of lack of options than out of desire.

This place has really gone down hill. Food was cold and soggy, service was terrible and rude ... don't waste your time or money, go to roses lariat!

This is the best Mexican food in Carbon County. There is wide range of food to pick from on their menu. Quick but good service from the staff. You have to try it at least once.

Extremely clean restaurant, and delicious food. Definitely stop if you want some authentic Mexican food. Quick and friendly service

I have traveled to a lot of different states. And always try the Mexican Restaurants.

My 1st time eating there, I had the loaded taco salad. The flavor of the beef was amazing, the guacamole was mouthwatering & the bowl itself was so good!! Great food & service!

I have been eating here since I was kid in the 60's. I have always had a great meal, at a great price! Wyomingites who travel I-80 (nearly all of us at some point) know Su Casa, and I am not kidding when I say you could bump into the Governor here, because if he is traveling on I-80 he'll stop here too.

Was looking forward to this place after seeing reveiws but after receiving my food was ver disapointed. My food was to spicey not to mention the hamberger meat that was put in my enchilada tasted just gross like it was old. My husband order a 7 dallor chimichonga and it wasnt any bigger than the grilled stuff burrito at taco bell and it was mostly beans. What little meat that was in it also tasted old and disgusting as well. Dont see how this place has so many good reveiws.
