Jack’s Crepes

The crepes are delicious. We got two of the banana Nutella crepes and the salute crepe. The berries were fresh and the cream was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone going through Rock Springs.

What a fun place to eat and the food is delicious!! There is nothing else in town like it!!

Cowboy Crepes was a simple suggestion on Google Maps as we were driving through Rock Springs. We decided to stop to give them a try - and we will definitely return when we travel through again. I had the Buffalo Chicken and couldn't get enough. There was enough sweet to the spice that it made it very interesting and appetizing. The service was awesome also! Keep it up!

I love crepes, so decided to try this place. It was tricky to find, even with gps assistance. Once we found it, most of the staff was "in training". The counter person said to let her know when we were ready to order, turned her back and joined the discussion. When we were ordering we had to repeat everything. I'm not sure if the training was too loud or she was distracted.
After the ordering difficulty we were pleasantly surprised but the crepes which were very good. If we lived closer I'd definitely give them another try.

We had stopped in town for the night and were looking up breakfast for the next morning. Cowboy Crepes & Cafe had great reviews and I have a love for Crepes! I'm so happy we stopped. Super friendly service, and delicious Crepes and coffee! I had the Snickers coffee and the Favorite crepe. I will recommend this little place to any of my friends and family that may drive through here.

Lovely little place with friendly staff and great food. I especially loved the banana Nutella crepe. Got the London Fog to drink and worked on my laptop for a bit (great wifi!)

You don't know what a breath of fresh air that your restaurant truly is. As a truck driver, we eat all over the country, but a lot of times it's the same stuff, day after day. It was so nice to be able to eat something completely different and delicious! I can't wait to come back into the area. Great job you guys!

I ordered garden crepes and it was fresh and delicious. Their latte wasn’t so latte but their food was freshly made and healthy. And aluminum foil To Go boxes are very thoughtful. I will definitely come back for more

Worth the drive from I-80! We had the chicken pesto, chicken carbonara, and caramel apple crepes...AMAZING. French press coffee was fantastic too. Highly recommended.

This place was an outstanding find for breakfast on our road trip! Could not ask for easier service by being able to place an online order while on the road and having it ready when we arrived. Great attention to detail and very friendly too! Oh, and crepes and chai were all delicious!!
