Waaaaaayyy pricey. I’m am not sure the reason? Because the taste was just…eh. Also the ingredients where switched in our crepes making it so there was no Nutella and Banana crepe for my wife while driving into the nowhere Wyoming interstate.
My words of advise for the customer, it’s not worth the time or money.
My words of advise for the store owner, focus on the details, and maybe drop the prices by a dollar or two.
Oh and the “famous” whip cream needs some love.

Stopped here while passing through... only wish it was a local place for me, because it was DELICIOUS. Took a while (like 30 mins) during lunch so heads up, but definitely worth the wait if you can spare some time.
My spouse and I shared the turkey bacon pesto avocado panini and the buffalo chicken crepe.
The panini was amazing, possibly the best sandwich I've ever had - it was on multigrain bread, which I usually hate (texture), but this was soft and not too weird about seeds lol and was a little sweet in a good way; there was so much flavor packed in this sandwich, all various flavors from the various ingredients and seasonings but they all paired very well with each other, truly. And it was not overdone and too crispy like paninis sometimes are. It was really perfect, we were so full but I kinda wanted another one just for the experience again.
The crepe was also so good - my spouse kinda stuck up his nose at the idea of crepes, but now he is a believer ;)
Great, well balanced flavors and textures all around. Honestly probably one of my favorite restaurants now, which is a shame since I'm moving 2,000 miles away. Come to MD please, Cowboy Crepes!
I didn't take a pic of the food because we ate it so fast, but here is another pic of the amazing bison coffee painting.

Cowboy Crepes& Cafe is a great place for lunch. Love their avocado toast and the strawberry crepes for desert.

Clean, Friendly and Delicious. Good service and great dishes...the fruit is all fresh and there are a lot of menu options.

The food was excellent. We got the Gardenia (loved that you could choose your cheese) and the Sunrise crepes. The sauces were superb and so complementary to the imside of the crepe. The French press coffee was delicious! To top it off, everyone was very friendly.

These crepes are delicious and very filling. It's worth visiting for the coffee alone; they give you the French press so you can choose how long to let your coffee brew, and press it yourself. Best coffee I've had in a long time!

I had an excellent crepe filled with mushrooms and spinach, topped with hollandaise sauce and bright red tasty cherry tomatoes. Really good. And really good coffee served in an insulated French press pot.
They appear to be a new business so I wish them good luck on their excellent establishment. So glad I found it on my long road trip.

We were looking for a good local vs. chain lunch stop while traveling. Our crepes were fabulous and the conversation was just as good. We would have loved to try everything on the menu!

Great service with amazing crepes. My wife and I really liked the ambiance, across from Broadway Theater, downtown. Thumbs up! 👍🏼

Crepe pretty much made out of the same ingredients as a pancake that you get for fraction of the cost when you order a breakfast, charging $12 for one Crepe is ridiculous.
