Jack’s Crepes

I have eaten here several times never had the same dish twice, and have yet to find anything that wasn't delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you want a great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch definitely check it out.

I've had crepes at a lot of places and in a lot of cities but somehow this tiny little shop is the best. The crepes are delicious and made fresh. And the coffee is superbe.
They have so many options for the crepes from sweet to surprisingly tastey savory options.
All the fruit is fresh.
If you go make sure to try the signature vanilla latte, it great!

A great accidental discovery. We each had the panini and it was a great combination of flavors. The bacon is so good with the pesto and avocado. Super friendly staff.

This is a great restaurant in a great town. Driving through Wyoming and found this town by happenstance. What a great place. So worth it to head downtown to business district and get great meal from Cowboys & Crepes. Super clean, super friendly and Covid precautions in place. High class at reasonable prices. And the coffee--WOW!! Skip Laramie and Rawlins and eat in Rock Springs!

Service was very friendly. Unfortunately the bacon was burnt. I was excited to try their bacon because they make it in house. Also the pine nuts on the carbonara were burnt. The carbonara sauce could have been thicker. Enjoyed the fresh rosemary on the ultimate crape. Again the service couldn't have been better. Will give them another shot another day since this was our first time.

Found this place passing through and it was a wonderful surprise. They served the best crepes (and one of the best breakfasts) I have ever had! Also incredible coffee. I only wish we lived closer!

Passing through Wyoming stopped to eat and the experience here was so great. The staff is so sweet and very friendly! Food is excellent. Definitely recommend stopping here you won’t regret it.

Excellent gourmet food. We had the chicken carbona crepe, turkey bacon club, and 1/2 turkey bacon cobb salad. Everything was very tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommend this.
