Busy Bee Cafe

This place served us solidly good food at fine prices. The service was slow and bumbly (like a bee), but you could tell they were working hard for us. This is an old school kind of place. Friendly too. Also it had no racist signs like the top rated place in town had. Eat at the busy bee.

Overpriced for the mediocre sandwich and terrible service. Not once refilled our glasses nor asked if the meal was ok. My wife ordered a tuna salad sandwich but what came was chicken salad. Waitress nearly stated no you ordered chicken. Dropped the bill on e table without a word. I have never given zero tip and they didn't even notice! Wow.

I have tried multiple times to give them a chance. They have always been understaffed, the food has always been below average. It's an icon in Buffalo and that's why I gave them multiple chances. I hope they take advantage of the opportunity that they could have to make it better.

Poor customer service, my table was sticky, took 15 minutes to get water. The waitresses were mad at each other. I ordered chicken "strips" which came out and were more like chicken "bits." Three teeny tiny pieces of mostly breading. Fries were okay. Waaaaayyy overpriced but the only place open on sundays in buffalo. Will never recommend or go back.

Visited here a couple weeks ago! Had a really cute waitress and an excellent breakfast, very filling! I love the whole Occidental Hotel! It was very charming!

This cafe gets 5 stars for its small town charm and non- pretentious atmosphere. You can expect diner food and a wonderful hardworking staff. Overall a great place to eat and a must try!

Very popular family dining. Food was decent and service was quick despite how busy they were.

Terrific service, friendly staff, and the food was great. I had the cinnamon roll French toast, it was amazing. You’ll feel welcome in a nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping in.
