Busy Bee Cafe

Went in the other day at 11:40. After 5 minutes went by we saw breakfast delivered to another table and thought that they are still serving breakfast, yea! 5 minutes later another table got their breakfast and then our waitress finally showed up. Remember, they are not that busy. We try to order breakfast and she says "we stopped serving that at 11am". Ok, hamburgers it is. Order placed I start looking around and see people drumming their fingers obviously waiting and waiting for their food. We cancel our order and leave.

Neat little cafe. BUT, I believe there were 12-14 tables in the place (mostly 2 tops) and 3 wait staff, but yet our service was less than mediocre. Some staff was beyond rude and dismissive. Some, very disorganized. Some non-attentive. The only good staff was what appeared to be a busboy, very nice. Some of the food was way overcooked, but for the most part was good. We were never asked how things were, had to ask multiple times for a glass of water and then again for a refill. Brought me coffee instead, which I didn't want and can't have.

Great atmosphere and service. Best breakfast I've had in a very long time.

Delicious food, attentive service, and adorable atmosphere!

Not a bad place for a relaxing breakfast. Coffee taste good! Nice to have a quiet breakfast looking through the glass window seeing the creek and the little buffalo town.

Literally the nest place to eat in Buffalo! Foods great, the staff is friendly & its great environment to be in!!

I would not recommend The Busy Bee restraunt to anyone. My family had a party of 8 including 4 small children. The only service any of us had was getting chocolate milk for 2 of the kids. My son ordered a chocolate milkshake, which was given to someone that came in after us.
There were 3 people working behind the bar and no one approached us to offer water, take drink orders or give us menu's. I finally went up and asked for menu's after sitting there for 30 minutes with no contact from anyone.
We finally got up and left after paying for the chocolate milk.
My rating for this restraunt is 0 stars!! For someplace that is actually a tourist attraction because its relation to the Longmire series, I would think that the owner would want to ensure that the staff would want give 5 star service to the people that patronize it from out of town/state!! Worst service ever.

Excellent service, tasty food, all for a reasonable price!

I always like checking out these small ma and pa cafes. It must be a hit with the locals, cuz it wa full for the whole hour we were there. I had French toast with bacon, the wife had a home made breakfast sandwich and very good service. Will go back again.

A bit disappointing. Over priced and the fries weren't good and they were cold. Much like the very slow service.
