Out of the Box Coffee House

The setting is so fun! The atmosphere is contemporary and trendy. Nice decor and great outdoor seating.

The food was so good! Smoked salmon BLT is a must-have … time and time again! Also the chicken, avocado bacon sandwich was amazing. Prob any sandwich item on the menu would be a tasty treat.

Had the peanut butter banana frappe. It was ok. Didn’t seem like a very strong peanut butter flavor. The tropical smoothie tasted more like mango than anything else. Not bad, just wondered if they might have mistakenly given us mango?

Went to sit outside bur the table and ground around it and the chairs was full of someone’s muffin or scone crumbs, so we opted for indoor seating. We didn’t tell the staff because it was busy. Even though it was 1:30pm. The indoor seating wasn’t full so people must have just been grabbing and going.

We’d definitely visit again. This place is a gem!

Partner and I wanted to go to a café for our first date and we chose here. So glad we did! Atmosphere is warm and inviting and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Muffins are HUGE and deliciously moist. My partner enjoyed her Smoked Salmon BLT. It was a great place to just sit and talk, as it wasn't to busy and the other people that were there weren't loud. Someone even offered to take a pic for us. Only complaint was the staff seeming a bit stoic. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day. Definitely want to come back to try more of the menu. Roof appears to have a seating area and would love to try that in the spring or fall!

Came for our second date, as lots of places were closed between Christmas and New Years. My partner had the smoked salmon again and says it was just as tasty as before. The Mac & Cheese was sold out before we got there and breakfast was done, so I had the Butterscotch Scones and they are to die for! Soft with most of the butterscotch chips still in one piece! Had the Eggnog Latté and my partner drank the spiced cider. We tried each other's drinks and both were equally delicious. We were told the Mac & Cheese sells fast, so it's now it's my mission to get there before it's gone!

Excellent food and drinks. The lunch menu has some items I can't get anywhere else, like a kale salad with unique ingredients like apple, feta cheese, homemade pecan granola and a fabulous maple vinaigrette. All three of our sandwiches were very good. Two were vegetarian which is also hard to find in Wis. Rapids. Staff was efficient and friendly. We hit it during lunch time and it was noisy, not conducive to conversation but a nice experience none the less.

Today we traveled to the Wisconsin Rapids area. A-fricken-AMAZING!!! Coffee is superb (banana chai frappe), friendly smiling staff and fantastic breakfast sandwiches (bennie, Ootb). Check out NavigatorNick.com for more travel inspiration!

I LOVE this place. I am from Ohio and I have one of their tshirts and I get asked about it Everytime I wear the shirt! When we visit Wisconsin (especially the rapids area) I make sure we go here every morning lol. The only small complaint I have is we didn't know they served food because there is no food menu when you walk in. But their coffee and service cannot be compared to any other. Absolutely love this place!

Gotten coffee a few times through the drive through (always a good experience with good service), but stopped in today to grab a sandwich and sit outside.

Very inviting and pleasant atmosphere both inside and out! Ordered the hummus chicken wrap and it was perfection. Fresh veggies, wonderful seasonings and the chicken was apot on. It came with a side of chips and I tried thier iced (unsweetened) tea while my daughter ordered a muffin and cookie dough frappe. She said both were delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful!

We definitely reccomend for a good coffee or lunch!

Great spot for a sandwich in Wisconsin Rapids. Real food, it seems. Not a vendor-supplied recipe. I like their Cuban, this is their Caprese. The soups are nice, complex and hearty. The chicken meat should be higher quality. The highlander grog black coffee was great. But, both the coffee and soup needed to be hotter!

Very nice place overall. The drinks are delicious and they have a great selection, along with custom drink orders if you ask nicely. The food is alright, when you go inside you don't see the food menu right away, it's on a paper by the register. For how busy they can get they have fast service.
A must try at least once place!

One of Rapids's finest coffee houses. This really is a wonderful addition to our places to meet, eat, and drink. I had a cinnamon dolce coffee, a delicious caprese sandwich and cheese soup. Great ambience and friendly service. Premises recently expanded to serve more people!

Always good food made to order. My only complaint is that it is winter and you're sending your employees outside to take orders. Both times the employees were very sweet. It's time to invest in a speaker system if you're that busy in the drive thru. I
