Caribou Coffee

Got the campfire iced coffee. It looked amazing and delicious, and the first sip was good. But after that, it was so sweet my bf and I could barely drink anymore. Tasted like all sugar and milk. And left a sickening sweet taste in my mouth. I got home and added black coffee to it, and that improved it greatly. I recommend adding like a shot or two of espresso or cutting back on the sugar syrup for future orders. But otherwise staff was very nice and efficient and I'm hoping that future visits will go better.

I literally only went this morning to avoid the traffic occurring at another coffee chain in town. I was sincerely beyond impressed, the workers were cheerful and lovely to talk to, and the coffee is outstanding. I think I found my new regular coffee shop 😁

Service was good - baristas were prompt and friendly. My medium vanilla iced coffee was also good, but the cup was so full of ice that there couldn’t have been more than 7 or 8 ounces of coffee in the 16 ounce cup; not a good value for the price.

I have been to Caribou Coffee serval times, I have tried many of the beverages such as BOUsted blended and BOUsted iced, Caribou coolers, kids silly drink, smoothies. I tell you what every drink has been made so delicious, so tasty, and is made perfect every time! To me that’s important

The sandwiches are so yummy! I have tried so many and I gotta say that the turkey bacon mini is my favorite. The cake pops are full of flavor and tasty.

Everyone that works at Caribou seems to have great attitudes and super joyful! I’m so thankful that Caribou coffee is here in Wisconsin Rapids!!!! I will continue to get my beverages here, they can continue to bright up my day!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hours are apparently not accurate. I just stopped there on my way to work today and no one was there. They were open the same time on yesterday. Hard for customers to create a Caribou routine if the hours are unreliable.

I usually ALWAYS tip every time I come here. And the one time I don’t, the guy working the window, tony keeps the window shut talking to the lady making my coffee, she made It SO poorly. Coffee leaking out of the top and all down the sides. She practically THREW it at me and says here’s your coffee, rolls her eyes and walks away. I’ve never had a problem coming here and I come here at least 4x a week. I’ve never been so mad.

I love the coffee and the people are always super nice! Only complaint is how difficult it is to hear because the thing is right by eighth street

Drinks taste great and Service is fast. Workers are always kind and helpful!

Extremely pricey for what it is. Don’t even carry half the menu. Weird service. Not going back

Staff is super friendly, coffee is great, the gluten free souffle is a great breakfast, as is the Ham n swiss. The cake pops are decadent!
