Cheesecake Heaven Cafe & Bakery

Great place to rest and eat after spending all morning downtown. Food is reasonably priced and handmade with quality ingredients. Run with minimal but friendly staff so be prepared to wait. Highly recommend their made-to-order sandwich option for lunch. Food was delicious and portions were generous.

Worst service and food. They weren't even busy and had plenty of staff. It started with an incompetent staff who took our order, she had to keeping asking us what our order was as she was entering it. Then we sat for 30 minutes before our food came out, which they took to another table of people who came in after us. After the people said it wasn't there's, the waitress finally brought it over to us. All of our food was cold and both of my boys' food wasn't right. As we were sitting there and trying to figure out how the order was wrong since we had to repeat it several times when ordering, another guest came up to us and said her order took a long time, was cold and wrong as well. I will never come back here.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My family and I were in Wisconsin for the weekend and on the way home we decided to stop in the Dells. I really wanted a funnel cake and I had gone to Cheesecake Heaven before to get one so we decided to stop there. Our initial experience at the counter while ordering the funnel cake sundae was great. We ordered vanilla ice cream, strawberry topping and chocolate syrup and when we received our food we were confused. We expected a liquid syrup with strawberries within it, so I took it up to the front and was met with the manager, "chris" or "charlie" whatever her name is (she gave multiple names). I asked if we could get a new funnel cake because we weren't satisfied with the product and she said "no, I already made that one for you". I relayed the massage to my best friends mom and my aunt and they decided to go back up to the counter to try and convince her to give us a new funnel cake; we would just scrape our ice cream onto the fresh funnel cake, we just didn't want the strawberry topping. She once again said no and proceeded to add a DIFFERENT COLOR strawberry topping on top of the old one and said "thats all I can do". I used to work at Dairy Queen and my best friend currently works at Dunkin Donuts and so we both know that if a customer is not satisfied with something that is made, you remake it. We were so disappointed in the service so we went up to ask for a refund and she refused that as well. We then thought to ask for the manager because we figured that the manager would be more understanding and she then responded that she was the manager. I am never one to make a scene or to blow up a situation but when I pay nearly $11 for something and don't eat it but am still out of the money, it is very frustrating. I read the other reviews on this location before typing this and I saw MULTIPLE reviews similarly describing the situation I experienced which means that nothing is being done about the issue. I apologize about the harsh review but the manager at the Wisconsin Dells location NEEDS to be fired because if not, this location will eventually go out of business simply due to her rudeness to the customers.

Besides the lack of taste, it was dry and not creamy. To top it off, I found bits of black paper in my cheesecake.
When I told the clerk, she said sorry bout that and walked away.
Terrible awful experience.

Thank you for carrying a gluten free cheesecake for my son with Celiacs. He loved the lemon! I was a bit concerned about the generic label that was placed on it though. It said it contained wheat but then had a gluten free sticker on it. I am hoping this was a mistake.

My Family's go to place every time we are at the Dells. Best Cheese cake My Favorite is the Strawberry Cheese Cake Best in Town. It's a Must Try!!!

Worst cheesecake I've ever had! How do you mess that up? It was crumbly and honestly gross. Threw it away after overpaying. So disappointed. Shared with my table and everyone agreed. Even talked to another family and they said the same thing. Wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money here.
The staff was not friendly at all either.

More like cheesecake hell than heaven!!! Don't ever buy anything ever from here....unless you enjoy overpriced horrific cheesecake. The website boasts about numerous flavors when really they had about 7 in the store. The cheesecake was frozen and was so bad I stopped eating it.

We were about to go to High Rock cafe across the street and found this gem. It wasn't under "food near me" when I searched. We got a gluten free sandwhich and a panini and we were both surprised at the flavor and quality of the sandwhiches. Hey also have shakes, malts, smoothies, salads, soups, coffee, etc. We were very satisfied.

Great cheesecake and desserts, super friendly. They supplied the Wedding Cheesecake for my daughter's reception, everyone commented how great it all tasted. They were awesome!!!
