Cheesecake Heaven Cafe & Bakery

It's good but not really amazing. Price is ok but a little high for what it is. It's basically what you would expect from Perkins for size and quality. The flavors sound great but don't really come to life. It is good cheesecake & you would probably enjoy it but nothing spectacular. You can get individual slices or entire cakes. There is also an ice cream parlor there that actually looked more appealing. Flavors are very seasonal and vary month to month, check the website but be prepared for some flavors to not be available.

Hot chocolate is good and cream on top is better.

This place had a pretty large selection of ice cream and cheesecake. They even had plain gluten free cheesecake but with the option of strawberry or cherry pie filling on top. It was delicious! They even have cheesecake on a stick which you don't see too often.

More like cheesecake graveyard, it seemed like where old cheesecake goes to die. Went there with high hopes. We bought 4 cheesecake on a stick and 2 regular cheesecake slices. All of them were dry almost powdery. We couldn't even finish them. And at 12 p.m. the selection was pretty much 0. I would NOT recommend this place. The $4 cheesecake at Walmart is better.

DO NOT COME HERE! Chris the "manager " is horrible. I ordered a chocolate malt. I did not realize they would be making it with dark chocolate ice cream. I tried it and did not like it at all it was disgusting!! I went to Counter to ask for a refund. That's when chris the "manager" came over. She refused to give me a refund and it cost 7.45. I said I demand one. She still would not help. She said you expect me to lose money for making the product, just to give you a refund. She was a nasty old witch. I will never step foot in here again. Chris is a horrible manager. I work as a deli manager. If I had a customer return a chicken dinner, or ANYTHING I would refund them with a smile on my face. Wish I could have given this dump a 0. I still have the receipt and EXPECT a refund.....

The first time I didn't like the cheesecake; it was dry tasting. I didn't know that was possible. But the service was nice and friendly. Very patient as my son chose his ice cream flavor, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Wow is all I can say for the level of disappointment in this place.I have been to the one in Green bay and it is amazing and delicious. We make it a point to have lunch there everytime in green bay everything is great the place is clean and well run. This one however could not be more of the opposite it is dirty the glass cases are empty the staff is untrained and just flat out bad. We were one of two couples in this place and it took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches. Our paninis if you can call them that were not toasted at all the ingredients were just thrown on some bread cover in a disgusting amount of sauce and smooshed in a box. We both took one bite of each sandwich and had to throw it out a complete waste of 27 dollars. You would think for having a couple stores they would want to have the same experience at all locations but it could not be much worse at this one. Do not go in here cheese cake h*** is more like it, which again is just sad because the one is green bay is awesome

Deli type service. Order at the counter. Get a number. Food is delivered to table. Got an avocado b.l.t. It was excellent. Good selection. Build your own sandwiches and salads as well. Espresso drinks and ice cream too. Didn't try the cheesecake, but maybe next time. Food delivery not speedy, but worth it.

Came in based on some other good reviews and was sorely disappointed!
When we walked in the girl behind the counter obviously didn't want to be there, let alone take anyone's order. She was obviously annoyed that we asked her to get us a few different things. Less than helpful.
The bathrooms were out of service too, which is not cool, especially during the "busy" season at the Dells.
Once we actually got our food (which was terribly overpriced), that was another disaster. My daughter's muffin, my wife's and my quiche's, and our turtle brownies had obviously been sitting in the case for several days and were almost inedible. The only reason we ate it was because we were starving.
Don't come here expecting decent food, cheerful service, or a good deal. I will never be coming back here again!

Just came there. We ordered a chocolate malt that was just horrible. It was made with some really dark chocolate ice cream...not your normal chocolate ice cream. We asked for a refund and we were refused by Chris (manager), who was extremely rude. As someone who works in the customer service industry this was terrible customer service. We will never go there again. Unfortunately zero stars was not a choice, or I would have chosen that.
