Loved the food. A bit crowded on Sunday, but worth the wait. It was well staffed and everyone was nice. Quick and efficient service. I have 101 different allergies and the waitress made sure I got exactly what I asked for. Lots to choose from. Great experience. My kids enjoyed it too.

Every time we have come here the service has been horrid. I was ignored each time when getting my drink order, one waiter told me to hold on while ordering, one waiter came back to the table and asked me if I wanted a drink after taking my families order. Then they’ve messed up our orders as well. One waitress dropped off a water on the table and then left without asking me if I wanted anything. Then she came back with my families drinks and walked away, until I said hi I would also like a drink. Do men just get treated differently here ? Don’t recommend coming here.

Holy smokes, that was not a high quality experience! Aside from taking quite a while to cook a simple eggs and bacon, the food itself was truly sub-par. Very disappointing when a the server brings out something you could’ve easily made so much better and fresher at home (with one hand, while blindfolded). I would say take a pass on this one!!

We stopped in for a late breakfast and got seated immediately. Our waitress was all smiles and so nice. We placed our order and came unbelievably quick!! Everything was hot and delicious!!
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because it was very chilly in the restaurant and we had to leave our coats on while eating

Very good food, generous portions, service was stellar as always. Blue Willow never disappoints, have been here numerous times and will definitely return again. Their lemon meringue pie was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend coming to the Blue Willow if you haven't given them a try, you won't be disappointed and you will definitely get your moneys worth! Great job to all the staff here! Keep up the good work and will see you again soon!

Never had a meal there that wasn't great

Our Waitress Took A While To Get To Our Table And Then When She Arrived She Said Do You Know What You Want Yet. This Waitress Was Extremely Rude And Made Us Feel Uncomfortable And This Is The Second Time We Had This Waitress! When I Placed My Order I Asked If I Could Substitute Something For What I Wasn't Getting And She Said Yes Which She Lied And Then Put It On The Bill both things were the same price And Then Charge us for things we didn't get too. It was only little extra cost $6.77 we talked to the Owner And He Didn't Care. He Just Wanted The Money it was a bad Experience The Food Was Pretty Good There Is Only A Couple Little Rotted Pieces Of Salad In The Salad And A Couple Bad Pieces Of Fruit however the food was good I don't know if I will ever go there again because of the Waitress she has worked there for a long time And She is just NOT nice! I have been dealing with it however we will give our money to people that deserve It And Treat Us As Equals! I Have Had Fantastic Waitresses Here However This One Was Absolutely Horrible And It's Cold Inside So If You Go To Eat Make Sure You Wear Extra Warm Clothes!

The food we got was lukewarm at best. We didn't get everything we had ordered. My mom's food was burned and the hollandaise sauce on my eggs Benedict was separated. The waitress came by to take our orders and that was the last time she stopped at our table, she didn't even give us our check the owner did. My niece dropped her fork on the ground BEFORE we got our food and found a big piece of egg on the floor.

Good food, breakfast any time, great staff. My husband and I love it here!
