Barnes & Noble

I'm writing on behalf of my 87 year old mother. Mom decided to give some books as Christmas gifts this year and went to Barnes and Noble. My mom is fairly frail, and walks with a cane. When she walked in the store she was invited to sit down while the staff did her shopping for her! Mom gave the categories of books that she was interested in and was brought several selections of each category for her to choose from. She was also brought a cup of coffee and a piece of cake! They checked her out, wrapped her presents, and even helped her to her car. Thank you very much B&N for taking such good care of my mom! Your great customer service did not go unnoticed.

Great selection of books!

Whatever you want something fun to do, read, or listen to they have something for you. Want to learn something new how to build a greenhouse a deck or a shed. I went looking for a book on how to build a home from a steel building or pole shed they did not have one in their store but they ordered one from the website for me. I also found puzzle & coloring books that happened to need to go home with me.

Always feel welcome when income in here....Not sure if it the smell of the coffee, or the smell if a good new book. As i enter, I am greeted by friendly faces, and welcomed by staff. Aww, yes, this is one of my Happy Places!

Try and get books but still lookin for a book of Miracle man by Morris Goodman will not pay 30.

Just what you'd expect. Lots of books and fun stuff to browse through. Friendly staff. Seemed very well stocked and clean. This was our first visit and we'll be back.
Easy to find and parking was readily available.

I love going here! With star bucks inside and so many books to chose from what's not to love..!?? Pluss it's quite and it's just a relaxed place to be. Has a very cute kids section too.

I don’t read a lot, but books can be interesting and this is good store! Been here many times!

Always find the books I'm looking for, and then some! Found two Harry Potter items that weren't books, for my grandson's upcoming birthday. Extremely helpful staff assisted me!

This B&N had some sort of a live music concert going on in the back. Bonus points! However, outside of the cafe there was no place to sit and read. Loss of bonus points! Evens out to an "average" Barnes and Noble experience.
