Great place. Great selection. Awesome

5 out of 5 stars. All the ambiance, fun items and of course books of a brick and mortar Barnes & Noble one would expect with bonus Starbucks inside. Downside: a bit more pricey. Upsides: new book/coffee smells and tactile/tangible books to peruse before buying.

Can often find a good deal somewhere among the books. Also part of their members program. Sadly most of their games/toys/game cards are more expensive than average, but as a member that discount helps.

The Starbucks here is an interesting one, so far had good and not so good experiences. When things are good ofc they are positive. Though, just recently had an issue with a drink (they added an unexpected ingredient). The second barista remade what I needed, but not without making comments how I was told it had this ingredient along with a very annoyed attitude. Sadly she was mistaken on what the person ringing it up had said, as this is a red flag ingredient for us to avoid. Mistakes happen, just keep calm and be happy.

Great store, set up nice but could use a bigger selection of self help books. They were working on that section when I was there so it may be a little better now. Also they have Starbucks inside which is always a plus 😁

The staff at the customer service desk were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the staff in the Cafe. Special thanks to Emily for recreating a seasonal drink that was not currently on the menu. I will definitely go back because of the wonderful customer service!

Perfect bookstore… clean and easy to find what you’re looking for!

Over all I enjoy this store and the people who work here are friendly and helpful. It's easier to get help if needed when the store has fewer customers. We happened to be here during some heavy snow falls on a Sunday evening and the store was very quiet. Barnes & Noble as a whole has a decent selection of books, but much of it is not very specialized. I would guess if you knew exactly what book you wanted the store could probably order it.

I also have a great time here. Staff are so kind and resourceful. After buying my books Barnes & Noble always gives out a free cookie with a purchase of a drink at Starbucks! I rarely take advantage of this but definitely is a great bonus which deserves 5+ stars.

They have a wide variety of fiction and non fiction. They also have a large entertainment section with movies music, and select vinyl albums. They have toys and board games for all ages. Stationary and planners in a wide assortment. The kids section is wide and appealing for kids with you trains. They also have a Starbucks cafe so you can grab a cup of coffee, a hot pretzel, and a birthday present in one stop. Also they have consistently clean restrooms.

I go here every other weekend (or when I can). I love how you can order a coffee and read at the same time, its always so peaceful! Also, they have toys/board games that are AMAZING! I never heard of Evolution or The Red Dragon Inn (their both card/board games). But when we played them it was the most fun we have had in a long time. Even my phone can't compete against the games that you can buy there!
