Beyond livid. Went today and waited at the customer service desk for over TEN MINUTES. An older male employee and a female employee talking by the movies both looked, saw us, then went back to their conversation. No sooner we walked away they decided to walk over. I was fuming at that point. I explained what happened to the cashier and she simply said 'oh'. No sorry how can I help you or anything. Very rude.

Theres definitely a love/hate relationship with this place. I love the place because it is a wonderful store with lots of things to add to the wishlist, on the other hand, i hate the fact that i could blow 3 months pay there in one visit! Great selections, friendly staff.

They are so over priced you can go on Amazon and get the same books for a fraction of the cost. I only go there to let my kid run around and make a mess. I wouldn't give them a penny. #maga

If you like to have a hard copy of the books you read this is one of the best places to shop at. They always have bargain and discount sales all the time. It's also good to note the large size of subject matter to choose from. Along with hundreds of magazines and digital material.
