Service was slow and restaurant did not smell clean. My food sat at the window for over 10 minutes.
They seemed to be more worried about the pickup than eat in.
We both are not going back.

Went there for brunch on 10-14-21
My coffee was $2.50 same price as soda, had 1/2 order biscuits and gravy,no eggs...$8.99 was cold,my companion had a sandwich with 1/2 order FF....fries were greasy and still half frozen. Best part of whole meal was my coffee.
Told waitress about food cold, she tells cook, and cooks response was priceless coming from a cook.."how am l to know the gravy is cold"...umm....as a cook it is ur job to make sure food is at correct temp. Total bill over $30..
Doubt I will be back.

My husband and I had Breakfast there and we special ordered fried onions, green peppers and cheese on our hashbrowns. It was very good. The hashbrowns could have been done a little bit more and the oil could be changed. Hospitality was great!😀👍🍳🥚🍖

Definitely would've missed out on this gem had I not asked a few locals by our hotel where I could find a great breakfast spot. I read the reviews and there were mixed opinions, but I couldn't be happier I ignored the bad ones.
Took the family there while on vacation and from start to finish everything was excellent! Hands down the best county fried steak I've ever had. So good, in fact, I ordered 2! I was full from the first but i couldn't resist. My whole family was beyond satisfied with the service and their meals. Great job Greenwood cafe. I will recommend to anyone I know traveling this direction. (We're from NW Indiana)

I know this is someone's livelyhood and everyone has a bad day so I don't write this lightly. We ordered an omelette and a steak sandwich and waited long for our food. The omelette came out 10 minutes before the sandwich and was completely cold. The steak was ordered medium and was very rare. Total was $25 and very disappointing.

Stopped here for breakfast because I love eating breakfast in family owned restaurants in small towns. Service was excellent but the food was below par. Omelette (they brag about these) was not constructed well and more importantly was served cool. Requested hash browns crispy but again they arrived cool-cold. Reasonable prices. I hope my next visit is better!

When I go for breakfast, I want good coffee, good service, short wait, inexpensive food, good food.
The coffee was watered down to the point where creamer couldn't save it. The service was pretty good, actually. Wonderful waitresses. The wait was average, got my meal in about 25-30 minutes in a half full restaurant. The food was very expensive for breakfast, I'm talking a 10 dollar egg/meat/potato/toast breakfast. The food was good as any other breakfast joint.
The decor was interesting, lots of taxidermied animals hung all over the place.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend anybody else go there for breakfast. 24 dollars + 15% tip isn't worth decent food and bad coffee for two people.

Food was good. My bill was $24 and change I layer 2 $20s on the table the waitress scooped them up said thank you and not come back. It took a bit to get her attention and ask for my change back. She said that I said to keep it. My wife looked at me and said you didn't say anything. We won't be back.
