Stockholm Pie and General Store

Probably the best pie of my life...I had peanut butter fudge, apple crumble looked awesome, as did the raspberry custard.

We tried the peanut butter pie, blackberry/raspberry, cherry, lingon berry /lemon , double lemon, pecan, and sour cream and raisin pies among our group. My favorite was the black/raspberry but all were amazing!!! It's so rare to find store bought pies this good! The pie crust is very flaky and tasty and the fillings are delicious! I am a big pie person and bake many pies myself and they get a standing ovation from me.

My daughter and I stopped in at opening today on our way home from camping. The service was terrific (The gentleman who helped us was so nice) and we got exactly what we came for! We appreciated the new set up to keep customers and staff safe. Ate our to go slices in the car. And we just enjoyed the pie we bought at home. Thank you!

We stopped here last week and bought 3 pieces of pie: Blueberry Peach (delicious!), Apple (Wonderful!) and a Chocolate Cream Pie which was out of this world and so rich, we had four servings. I can't recommend this place enough. Outstanding.

Today, I met my mom here and we explored the menu a little. We had the hand pie, the tater tot quiche, the happy hippie wrap, a couple slices of pie and coffee. we bought a whole pie to take with as well. Everything from staff, atmosphere, and food added up to a great experience! We will be back a lot more often.

I had the chicken pot pie. It's good nothing wrong with it but not fantastic. I've had other items that are great but due to the price it's only ok. I tried the lingenberry lemon pie. Too tatt. I've had the banana cream and thought that was fantastic. Just a matter of taste.

Stockholm's Pie reputation made their store a Must on our 900 mile road trip and we definitely agree with the well earned superlatives. The crust couldn't be better, the berry filling fresh and generous. After consuming our slices, my wife inquired about the Birthday Slice sign on the wall which is good for a free piece of pie on your birthday. She giggled a reply that it was her birthday (78, but you didn't hear that from me) and was presented with another choice of pie. What a great place!
