Stockholm Pie and General Store

We took a long drive on a beautiful day, determined to stop in Stockholm at the pie shop before they closed for the day. We each ordered a sandwich and a piece of pie. Staff were so very friendly and pleasant and we enjoyed browsing in the unique gift shop until our order was brought to us. Tully, the dog, roamed the gift shop and appeared to be right at home. What a sweet dog! Right next door was an open area with umbrella tables scattered in a garden type setting where we sat to eat our delicious and generous sandwiches and scrumptious pie! A worker came out to clean tables, along with Tully, who casually sniffed around. We were so glad to have stopped here! The food was great! The town is charming!

Very good pie (savory and sweet options) with a fun atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to give us a great experience. I continue coming back and would highly recommend!

Really nice sandwiches and desserts. The corned beef on the reuben tasted like they just cooked and sliced it the night before, delicious! We shared a slice of peanut butter pie, delectable!

Can’t miss food options like toasties and pie cookies. Blueberry peach pie with great crust. Took a family order to go and ate it at nearby Village Park.

We had warmed slices of peach and cherry pie with ice cream or homemade whipped cream. Lovely staff and general store. Great quirky town, too.

For anyone traveling through the area, it is hard to guess that the best pie in the state awaits you at this humble small town cornor store. It's decor, staff, and front seating areas are delightful. But when you taste their pie, you realize that you and your tastebuds have just met something totally exceptional!
