Stockholm Pie and General Store

As all the others reviews have said, this place is stellar. I am not even a huge sandwich person and (lake pepin) and I will tell you I could have gone back for a second it was so good. The relish made it amazing. Then let's talk about the pie! Omg the butterscotch pecan, chiclater cream. Flavors so good and the crusts were spot on flaky! This is a must stop with quality food that just makes you happy.

Banana Cream Pie...so good! Inch thick, thinly sliced ham sandwich on fresh baked bread...yum! Great place, friendly people, located on a scenic national route...doesn't get any better.

The pies are out-of-this-world perfect. Crust is excellent and filling exceptional. Also, I recommend the chicken salad sandwich: tasty and full of fresh ingredients and perfectly matched with cranberry bread.

It's a quaint store in a quaint village which is fun to visit. We got two full pies to go. Toward the end of the day their selection was limited. The pies were very tasty and good quality and not inexpensive. It's a nice stop traveling along the river on the Wisconsin side.

I have been to the Red Wing location a few times. My experience hasn’t been great. My friend wanted to stop for lunch last week, I reluctantly said ok. We were helped by a new employee and I must say what a complete difference ! He was fantastic! He took very good care of us making sure everything was perfect. We had one of the best lunch experiences we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back! The sandwiches and pie were great but the service was over the top!

As soon as they opened for the season we took a drive along the river stopping at hikes and enjoying the small towns. This is a pie place that is worth the drive. My advice is to buy as much pie as you think you can eat so that you will be full and get what you came for. The food it very good, but the pie is even better. The staff are all very friendly and made the visit special.

This was my 1st visit. Employees were not very helpful when asking about menu. Appeared as though I was bothering them.

Great little stop! Delicious pie cookies, hot coffee, chocolates, sandwiches and wraps! Really enjoyed talking to the ladies who work their. Really proud of their town and heritage.

Had Sour Cream Raisin pie, would have been better with a meringue topping.

Total respect for you weathering this past year with what staff you can find… you delight me, cuz you delight so many! Freshest foods, cherry pie and chicken pot pie are a must eat for me!
