The Stork Got Lost
We choose to eat here before going to House on the Rock. This was perfect!! Love the store and restaurant. This is the perfect store to find a gift for a loved one or to treat yourself!! Put this at the top of your list when visiting Spring Green
The food was delicious, and the people were friendly! I ordered the quiche of the day a sausage, pepper and zucchini with Barbeque Chicken soup! I've never had anything like this before but it was fantastic. We also ordered a salad and cream of mushroom soup with rose. Everything was excellent and easily priced.

So quaint and cozy but still had a lovely Saturday morning busyness to it. We got the horse radish radish scramble (really good and just a hint of the horse radish), Jimmy Dean scramble, a quesodilla cinnamon today, tea and coffee and all of it was delicious. Fair prices, quick service, and inside a lovely boutique style shop.

Seriously one of the best breakfasts ever. Had home fries, scrambled eggs, and blueberry and pecan pancakes. Stabbing the potatoes I thought they were going to be undercooked, but they were amazing; it must have been the potato choice. They were perfectly cooked and delightful. The eggs were also perfectly cooked and had herbs/chives or something in them giving them great flavor. The pancakes were the singularly best pancakes I’ve ever had. If you want pancakes with some toppings, these ARENT FOR YOU. The pancakes are about 25% toppings baked into the cakes. It was amazing how many blueberries and pecans they give you. They aren’t skimpy with their ingredients or portion sizes. The staff is super friendly. It’s 45 minutes from me but I will certainly go out of my way to go back.
Their general store has a great assortment of textiles, kitchenware, and puzzles and games. Great collection of Charley Harper puzzles.

Everything we've ever eaten here was so delicious! It's a cute little shop with a delicious little cafe. And a comfy little basement you can hang out in if you want to. Everyone there is great, the atmosphere is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place. We love taking little trips out there on the weekend we hit up Arcadia books and then eat at the spring green general store and check out anything else going on in spring Green. It makes for a wonderful day!

The fare offered was great & as served, very, very tasty! They offer vegetarian fare which was exactly what we wanted. I had the potato soup & veggie wrap, my paramour had the mushroom soup & another veggie sandwich. We also had Lake Louie beers, a local favorite - & a must because we were dining with none other than Lake Louie himself, Tom Porter. The service was perfunctory but the owner came over to ask how everything was which was a welcoming touch. The interior was quaint & certainly reminiscent of an old General Store. They have music festivals periodically in the warmer months & if I'm in the area, I would definitely drive out to enjoy & eat their delicious fare.
*Highly recommend *

We came here for breakfast and I was thoroughly impressed! My partner and I both got breakfast scrambles and they were amazing. Definitely the best breakfast I have ever had at a diner! I loved the bread that the scrambles came with too! And portion sizes were great! Service was counter service, bus your table style which we love! We enjoyed eating in the sun room flipping through old photography books, the kids shelf of activities was a great option too for those with kids! The general store side of the cafe also impressed me and had a ton of cool stuff to look at and purchase! Also I didn’t catch why, maybe a staffing shortage, but paper plates and cups were used which is understandable if so, but I do greatly enjoy drinking coffee form a real mug at a diner! I hope you’re able to offer those again one day!

A nice selection of sammies, soups and salads. Everything was freshly prepared and piping hot. We sat in the sun on the enclosed terrace and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As a bonus, the store has a wonderful selection of items you won't find everywhere. Go there on your way to Taliesin.

The general store is very eclectic. The space has a great ambiance. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The outside of the store is very appealing as well. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be returning.
