Service is simply good. Very warm cozy feeling place; modern yet rustic. Coffee is wicked good. Scones are brilliant. You'll be better for having tried one.

Very slow service. Once waited 1/2 hour for microwaved macaroni and cheese. Small drink selection, but very over priced, and not very flavorful. cute homie interior, but poor seating. Tourist trap. Good ice cream.

Neat upstairs. Adjoining gift shop gallery great to browse and buy. Great coffee and eats. Seems to be an easy place to talk to people from all over. Staff were fun and easy to talk to also

Food is just ok - service is terrible. Took 25 minutes to get half of my food, then had to take my receipt down to prove I paid for 3 more sandwiches so that I could wait 15 more minutes to get them. Oh and they don’t mention that they bring the food to you but not drinks. So you go upstairs find a nice spot only to be called down to get your drink and have someone take your spot. Frustrating.

We go for the cabin decor next door and get ice cream at The Dock.
Prices are high but I suppose the place is mostly for tourist.

The Dock makes the best chai tea latte I have ever had. Make sure you ask for it "authentic" and they will brew the tea and add their own chai spices. It takes a few minutes, but it's worth the wait because it is so good!

I love this place! The ice cream is yummy, the food doesn’t take forever, the ambiance is great, and they provide free infused water that is delicious! I come here every year.

Very nice atmosphere
Very disappointed in how food is detailed
For example I ordered the BLAT and it does not say anything about using some kind of spicy chipotle type sauce in place of traditional mayonnaise
Also I requested no avacado (which was not on sandwich) and to add onion (NOT on sandwich)
Rather expensive for what we got and VERY disappointed to drive an hour to check it out and not enjoy my lunch because it was to spicy
I think a better description and I personally would have opted to not have the sauce on my sandwich and would’ve been much happier
