Lovely place, good food, great coffee. The staff are friendly and I've always felt welcome whenever I've had the good fortune to visit. Do yourself a favor and stop in here.

I had a bad experience with an employee at this coffee shop giving me a hard time about my service animal, and unprofessionally prying for details about why I had her in the café and asking to see documentation after being told by four different people that she was a service animal. The attitude of the woman working was extremely condescending and rude. I am hesitant to show my medical paperwork to anyone because it gives specifics about my medical conditions, which is why legally no one is allowed to ask to see documentation for a service animal, which anyone working in the service industry should know. As well as the rude encounter I had with the woman who took my order, they seemed to be employing teenagers as most of their staff, and my malt didn’t come out for at least 10 minutes, and many people who ordered after me received their drinks first. Someone came and asked what we were waiting for after 5 minutes, but it still didn’t get made for another 5 minutes until an adult employee came and asked us what we were waiting on. I understand that it’s a busy weekend but that doesn’t excuse all around bad service.

Asked for a vanilla latte and didn't get vanilla. No big deal. When I mentioned it, the manager asked if I pay the extra 50 cents and scolded the lady that took my order in front of a line of customers. You could acknowledge your mistake and let it go for good customer service perhaps.

I love this place! I am working here in Spooner and happened upon this place one day. They are amazing!!!! After I am done working here I am planning several five hour drives back just to eat lunch here. Yes they are that good!!

Flatbread mac n cheese brisket. Salmon and bacon sandwich.

DELICIOUS drinks. Better than most coffee shops I've been to. Try their tea latte with matcha tea, so good - as well as all the other coffee drinks. Really nice atmosphere as well.

Visited The Dock and fell in love with this place! The service is top-notch and the coffee is better than I've ever had. I'm a big SB fan being from California and this surpasses them. I wish that I lived in Spooner to make this my morning stop. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Spooner.
