Hi MUGS, we did have a negative interaction with your employee, however, your manager handled this amazingly. We have updated our review to now demonstrate our appreciation for how this was handled. We own a business as well and we know that the actions of one person should not reflect the entire operation. Thank you for how you handled this experience.

Stopped in to do some home work. Coffee was great, ham breakfast sandwich was also really good. I genuinely enjoy their atmosphere, its really easy to get lost in the vibe.

Traveled to Ripon from near Minneapolis, MN for family visit. Wanted coffee in the morning and thought that there has to be something better than Kwik Trip in this little college town. Luckily there was Mugs. Got a Depth Charge (RedEye I think they call it), and a fresh cinnamon roll. Thanks hipsters, you make great coffee ;)

The food and the latte were excellent. We went 3 days in a row it was so good

Intelligentsia lattes are great as always. We recommend the spelt cookies! The BEST.
And the staff is friendly and atmosphere is lovely for personal or group outings.

Food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Had the adult grilled cheese, broccoli cheese soup, southwest wrap, and another sandwich and everyone loved it. Great atmosphere. Fireplace and comfy seats!

I hadn't been in to Mugs in a bit over two years and in that time they've done significant remodeling. The place looks WONDERFUL and has a very homey atmosphere which I appreciate greatly. The muffins and coffee are excellent as well.

Newly remodeled with lots more seating.. very cozy! Grabbed a large hot brewed coffee with almond milk and vanilla syrup.. around $4
I will be back to study in your new digs soon!

Amazing local coffee shop. The remodel has held up well, wish the hours were just a little longer! Would be a fun place to work!
