The place is generally good. Sometimes pricing on shelves could use more often updating. However, some employees say prices change randomly on their own so its not intentional oversight. The liquor store is wonderful! Full of products and great customer service that's really personal. Emily, Chase, Trae, and Joey were really helpful and knowledgeable about liquor and could offer suggestions and helped me save money. Some of the employees look grumpy but its a great place and automatic coupons from MORE Rewards are really nice.

Product selection is good, can find some items that are not sold at walmart. Prices are a little higher, though with a membership card they do offer pretty good discounts on the weekly sale items. Sale prices don't require a coupon, but are applied by providing your membership card or phone number.

Fantastic produce, best quality in town. Well stocked deli counter, but what really sets Marketplace apart is the butcher/meat department. Huge variety in a small town, interesting specials, custom cut to order, and seafood and fresh fish as well, if you're looking for some surf with your turf. The organic and gluten-free departments are great as well, be sure to check them out! One of the best liquor departments in town too! My favorite grocery store.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. high school employees on their phones, when you’re checking out they hardly talk to you and put little to no effort in making your shopping experience pleasant; as a customer, I feel as if I am a burden to them. Otherwise, food is fresh and the deli and meat department are very nice.

Nice place . needs more help. Since the take over .less people working there. Never can find help to see where stuff is. Clean place but if you have look in each isle to find what your looking for 1 or 2 regersters open. When the lines are back into the isles

Good store with fresh produce, great selection in most food products, large organic and specialty foods selections, excellent full service deli, and fabulous bakery with delicious pre baked items from cupcakes to pies, single slices, and cakes that they will write on for you if needed, especially for those of us whose best laid opens go awry. And the style is well laid out with wide, easily navigable aisles.

Love love love this grocery store!!! So clean!!! Produce is always fresh!!! They offer a wonderful array of organic items (food, health & beauty.) Slightly more expensive, but you pay for what you get and Marketplace exceeds the other well known grocery store in Rice Lake. Well worth it!!!
