Small but mighty!
Interval was introduced to me by a friend and boy am I glad! Great, intentionally sourced coffee with a warm ambience finally exist in Milwaukee. Their quality is pertinent and it showed from my first sip of coffee to my last bite of breakfast. If you didn't know, now you know.

LOVE this spot. Fantastic coffee and the corner store items are so well curated. Lucas helped us pick out excellent items for a friend’s dinner party. Cannot recommend enough.

Even with inflation at nearly 8% this year, $12 for an eggy toast is asking a bit much. Their food options are both less interesting and more expensive than they were a few years ago.

The food at Interval is not what you think. Everything here was carefully designed to balance with one another. I came in with no expectation besides to get some coffee and food. I ended up becoming exponentially interested in Interval’s story and the craft dedicated to each dish. I ordered:

-Coffee

-The Biscuit with Sausage

-The Carpaccio

-The Wedge Salad

-The Cookie

-Espresso

I could spend time going into details about why each dish had a unique edge and norm-challenging aspects to it but I would be attributing too many words to the culinary art they’re providing for you. It’s an experience. Go experience it for yourself. You will not regret it one bit.

This place knows coffee! They have an amazing cappuccino! If you are in the area, stop in!

I've stopped here on several occasions after a workout at neutral ground. The coffee here is second to none and like none other in our area. The process and machines they use are not like anyone in our area. Truly a unique coffee experience.

The menu changes constantly. Everything is sourced from a single local farm so the menu will changed both based on season and on availability. You can order à le carte or try the whole tasting menu (highly recommended) because the food is simply divine. The cocktails are also some of the best in town.

Very clean place. The design is a modern minimalist feel that makes you feel like you're in a high executive lounge. The seating is comfortable and the owner was a great guy!
