Interval

Interval is a little gem. The food is fresh and made with pride. The vegan sammie and vegan sloppy joe are both packed full of flavor and umami. Coffee is super tasty and made by hand.

Interval impresses in every way. Each seasonally focused menu item is genuinely delicious, the attention to well-designed detail in their decor is outstanding, and the staff are all super friendly and patient with Internal newbies. This lovely restaurant could hold its own in any Chicago or New York, but we're lucky enough to have them right here! I'd recommend trying both their lunch and dinner menus, they're both different but equally yummy (and, bonus, visually stunning, too).

Stopped in to visit with a friend and enjoyed an amazing cup of coffee. There is no place in our city to get a finer cup of coffee made. I was excited by this happenstance and look forward to many more excellent brews as well as trying some delicious food.

Wasn't able to go inside right now due to covid restrictions, but you order at the front door, and when it's ready, they set it on a table outside the side door. Bistro tables are first come first serve. Had the toasted pumpkin spice latte which was very good- not too sweet but just right, and a plain latte which was very smooth. Love Pilcrow coffee.

Amazing iced lattes here that are exquisitely made for each order and very entertaining to watch as they use mixers to combine ingredients. The sweetened cold brew is also a great choice with just the right amount of sweetness and the perfect blend of coffee.

Friendly staff, fun drinks with a new twist on classics (nitro sweet latte on tap!). Not a huge food selection. Limited seating but I appreciate the modern aesthetic rather than super cozy.

Never disappointed by Interval!! Best lattes in the city. Atmosphere is cozy and intimate but not too tight. Great menu and great staff.

What is this collectivo 0.2? It took thirty minutes to fill up a 6 ounce cup. And I spent 15 dollars on two weak size coffees, 2 3/4inch cup in height. This place is a joke. Lost my business and the business of all my friends. This place won’t make it.

DELICIOUS and creative food an affordable price. I came here with my family and we tasted/tried everything on the lunch menu - it was fantastic!! I recommend the carpaccio and the cannelloni soup. We also tasted all three specialty lattés and the three of four pourovers. We loved the charcoal latte!

Really great delicious unique breakfast sandwich, nice atmosphere, barista was really nice, coffee was great!
