I love, love, love this place! Great vibe, delicious food, and thoughtful coffee options.

Their acai bowls are delicious and refreshing. You can make your own or choose one of their recipes. Love the coffee flights, where you can sample 4 different varieties. I got a cold brew this time and it did not disappoint!

I can't wait for summer when they open the garage doors and have patio tables set up outside.

Stopped in for the first time. Will be coming back!!! great menu, vibe. Açaí bowls and coffee flights! Plenty of seating inside to include Lounge style seating as well. Coffee was delicious and the bowls we tried we on the same level! Super happy we stopped in.

Stopped in to see what all the hype was about. I am amazed at how quickly this place turned from auto shop into funky coffee shop. Love the industrial feel and the coffee was great. Those garage doors are going to be nice in the summer. This is an awesome addition to that part of town!

I had a great first experience here! Coffee was smoothie and delicious, and the acai bowl was super tasty. It was a great mixture of crunchy, cold and tasty (honey makes a big difference)!

Can't wait for the summer months when hopefully the doors can be opened but for now it makes a great atmosphere.

First time going today and met up with my friend. The women at the counter and the ladies making drinks/running food/ were all very nice! Later the women at the counter checked in on things were and asked if we needed our table clean.(it was clean, and it was so sweet of her to check in and to ask) The smoothie bowel of the month was super tasty, and the coffee flights were awesome! My favorite was the Irish’s cream coffee. A cute little location, that had live music, and it was busy. Will definitely be making this a regular spot when I come into Manitowoc.

This place is so amazing! It is cute, reasonably priced, and absolutely DELICIOUS!! I had the Retro-Eight Acai bowl and their March flight and the Pistachio latte was TO DIE FOR (also everything else was also amazing:) 10000000/10 would recommend. (Plus the owner is the nicest person I have ever met in my entire life.) GO THERE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

This is the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had! This place is so cute and refreshing. Perfect for a bite with a friend.

We tried Retro 8th Coffee & Açaí today.

Owner is younger than me, I believe the previous auto shop was owned by her boyfriend.

Adam had the Caramel Latte (medium) $4
I had the Retro 8th Bowl for $8.

Adams coffee came up in about 4 min.
After waiting 15 min for the bowl and seeing others get theirs I mentioned something and they had missed it. So she very quickly made a bowl up and gave me a $5 gift certificate.

Overall modern/retro vibe. Service was friendly and the previous mayor (Kevin Crawford) was serving up coffees and checking in on people.

I’m sure overtime things will smooth out with orders (I think they’ve only been open a week?) and Adam had hoped for more seating.

We will be returning 💜

Absolutely FANTASTIC coffee!! I could immediately tell that the quality was absolutely superb; nothing was horribly sweet, which tends to be a problem with many coffee shops. Not this one :) Plus, the retro decor looks suuuuuper cool! Very friendly staff and overall relaxing vibes. 110% recommend for anyone who wants a unique and memorable coffee shop experience 😎👍
