They have wonderful cakes and bakery here. Ambiance inside is nice. They have a nice drink menu. Lots of options for food too. Staff is friendly.

I’ve only had one issue, Multiple times I have been in here and the owners have “shushed” me and were not very nice about it. Did not feel like I was being loud in comparison with other patrons at the time. I was socializing with friends that I had brought along. Nothing anywhere that states people have to be quiet. In fact there are board games as well that would require people to be talking.

More than a coffee shop, this place is an enterprise. Aside from the usual coffee-inspired merch, there are walls of soaps, clothing, crafts, maybe some jewelry. The place is big enough to accommodate it all with plenty of room left for seating. Coffee and bakery were good. Uncannily empty of customers though. A wet cold Friday afternoon should have pulled in a few angsty teens at least.

The food is fresh and tastes great. Smiling faces and friendly service keeps me coming back for more. One of the few places you can hang out for hours playing games or just hang out with friends. I never feel like I'm being rushed out to make room for other customers like at some other restaurants.

Looks like my kiddo and I have a new favorite coffee spot.

Update: On a second trip, I ordered my daughter’s drink wrong. She was a good sport, but couldn’t drink it. The staff noticed she didn’t finish the drink, and remade a new one free of charge; this despite that it was my error. Fantastic service from some very nice people. We’ll definitely keep returning.

They have pretty good coffee. And it's a great place to meet up with friends! Love the free wifi! Whenever my mom comes to town we always have Jenns in the morning!

A nice place to sit and chill. My wife loves their coffee. Their tea selection rates an okay. Pretty good food. A lot of chicken in their wraps; but they will substitute eggs for the ovolacto crowd. Usually have a tasty soup to warm you up. Nice people serve you. They even have vintage games for your entertainment. They have gifts and crafts available. Good WiFi, and you can sit and browse to your heart's content. There is no hurry here.

I’m so glad I went here! The women working were all very nice and helpful. I had a candy cane cocoa, pizza bagel with pepperoni, and a cookie dough brownie, and they were all delicious! Everything is reasonable priced as well. There were plenty of seating options from couches and comfy chairs to tables and a counter by the window. They also have a little shop with some cute gifts. See you next time I’m in Manitowoc!

Im a Manitowoc local been going here for years lovely atmosphere great coffee and food however the employees and manager are not very friendly to me maybe cause I'm a person of color I don't know but I go a lot love their I purchase beverages a sweets I'm very nice to you all that work there I should be treated fairly like everyone else .

A good place to hang out if you like coffee. Lots of space to work or hang out. Good coffee, but very sweet!

Excellent staff interaction! We weren't sure what to get so a staff member asked us questions about our preference in taste. Outstanding!
