The Workers are rude. New in town and was looking around at everything, it took me about five mins to decide what I wanted. I was told to hurry up or leave. I ordered my drink stayed cause I like the view I was told I was loitering and they were gonna call the cops. Never will be back

I love Jenn's Java. Whenever my sisters and other family members get together we have the best coffee and deserts. I always take a bag of puppy chow home. Love it there.

The employees and the owners are the sweetest people; I don't think I've ever ordered something I didn't enjoy here. The place is welcoming and if I had more time I would probably camp out there every day, which seems sad but it's supposed to prove how much I actually love the place.

Some of the best cookies and bars ever.I like the chocolate chip cookie dough brownies, and at Christmas the peanut butter balls. Jen and her husband are the nicest people I know. The coffee and tea selection are large and very good.

Loved this place, used to come here to get cookies, food, drinks and more. It also had a very happy and relaxing atmosphere to it that will ease off all your stress and anxiety; really anticipated to coming back

I love this place so much. The staff here is amazing and make you feel so welcomed. It's a perfect place to go with a friend or even by yourself. They have games and activities for everyone to enjoy and cute little shopping area to buy home made goodies for someone sweet or even yourself. Highly recommended.

Stopped in Manitowoc for some breakfast and coffee on the way to the ferry dad back to Michigan. The egg and bacon and cheese on an everything bagel sandwich that I had was delicious! Also picked up a tray of magic cookie bars to bring home with me. Was happy I found it!

Needed somewhere to wait for the ferry and stumbled on this place. Loved the bagel sandwiches and homemade soup, incredible array of desserts, great coffee, and big plush couches, all for incredibly cheap. Can't think of a better place anywhere to pass a few hours.

Always accommodating, helpful, & resourceful service. I love to get my food on the go as well as try new things, everytime I've gone they have been past my standards. Very nice place to study, meet in groups, or take a quick stop to shop local

Not sure where the negative ratings are coming from. I paid $1.84 for a double espresso and 2 mini cookies (delicious), the barista was pleasant and helpful when asked where I could plug in my laptop. Maybe there's an employee with an attitude in the bunch and maybe that person is gone! Pleasant atmosphere, coffee was very good, Barista had spirited conversation with patrons while I was there. Recommended!
