The Victory Madison

patrick (owner) made my sister feel like a star on a day we were celebrating her! gave her a red flower and treated her to coffee. great coffee and paninis and a great little local spot! highly recommend.

I’ve been getting coffee every day from Patrick and James at The Victory for about a year now. It’s the perfect neighborhood cafe to chit chat with some regulars. The coffee is consistently great and the atmosphere is inviting. They now take credit cards and have free WiFi, which is a bonus. Patrick also decorated the walls with his own art, which is all beautiful and all for sale.

Had an enjoyable experience here. Had a delicious pastry, made fresh daily. It was flaky on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. Absolutely perfect. Their flatwhite was pretty delicious too. My girlfriend ordered their victory soda. Their soda is homemade, I tried a bit of it and it was very good. I will definitely be back here.

Friendliest coffee shop in town, bar nun. Patrick, the owner, is always friendly and will greet you by name. The coffee is carefully constructed and delicious as well. The No Wi-Fi or phone calls policy makes an environment where people actually get to know each other. And there's great music. Come for the coffee- stay for the experience.

This place was absolutely amazing. Cute hole in the wall place. Local neighborhood feel. Could most definitely tell the food and cafe drinks were made with love and care. A rare find, these days.

Victory is a neighborhood cafe in the best sense of the word. Full of regulars, Patrick will remember your name. The coffee is good and strong. Friendly dogs and their owners stop by. Where else can you forget to pay and it's no big deal as long as you make good the next time you come in.

Victory has the best cafe atmosphere in Madison, period. A strict no phone-talking policy makes for a strong feeling of community here. The owner is a master of his profession. Also, the Anodyne coffee is great.

Lovely little neighborhood coffee shop. They make the best pour-over decaf and have delicious home-made syrups for spritzers in the summer. No cellphones allowed and no wireless access means you can actually have a conversation with your neighbor.
