This is my favorite espresso... ever. Nothing I've found on state street comes close. Their tea and coffee is also done perfectly, never comes out overbrewed or bitter. The Baristas look young, but they know what they're doing! Very friendly as well. They have gluten free scones that I find worthwhile. I tried a smoothie once and that was also great. Great for groups- large tables. Cozy but sometimes a bit echoey if there's people on the loft level. Occasional, seemingly random events (open Mic night, folk singing, whatever), so if you do plan to bring a group for a book club or something, check website or call!

I love the later hours, the layout, the quiet tables for working or having personal conversations, the chai...The only thing I don't like is that some of the tables (in the quieter areas) have what essentially feels like a spotlight beaming down on you. Also, they could improve the bakery selection a little bit.

It's not a relaxing atmosphere. One lamp kept go off then on... very distracting. I arrive just five minutes before opening. It was raining and I had two to older with me. They saw me and acknowledged us. Yet, they were not willing to open for us. How snot! One positive note is this. .. Coffee is average. My daughter accidentally spill my coffee and they gave me refill for free which I do appreciate very mich. They do not have kid friendly area such as play area so I can just relax and do a short work.

Great spot to work, lots of tables and even a loft area too. And off the street free parking is a great bonus.

Customer service is a foreign language here, perpetually understaffed. Even with no line it takes 5 minutes for them to acknowledge you at their drive thru, another 2 to actually come to window and take your order, and then somehow another 10 minutes before you get your drinks. For a 12oz latte and a 16oz iced coffee...spend your money elsewhere, you can drive to the Dunkin on park street and back in the time it takes them to pull 4 shots of espresso.

Plenty of seating. Open areas, doesn't feel too crowded. On their menu board, it says they will make ANYTHING you request. The croissants are also delicious. And of course, free wifi.

What I like about this place is the space. There's plenty of room to spread out and get some work done while enjoying a nice cup of coffee and food. The atmosphere is nice and the service has always been pleasant.

Good coffee, very friendly staff! They have a drive-thru, but it can get busy in the AM. Tons of seating inside with plenty of outlets. A great place to work or study for a few hours.

Lots of seating and friendly service, but not a ton of outlets for working.

Every hot ingredient in the breakfast burrito Is microwaved. The most rubbery, unappealing and overpriced breakfast burrito i've ever had. I actually felt like I had been ripped off when I left. The coffee would have been at least slightly redeeming if they hadn't messed up my order and given me the wrong drink. I've literally never reviewed a restaurant but I felt I needed to get my moneys worth and take some cathartic action on this one...
The loft is cool I guess.
