the staff was friendly and attentive, courteous and thoughtful. the coffee left much to be desired though. i like a strong coffee, but not when all i taste is burned coffee.. three stars because all the other drinks i got were good, the plain coffee - not so much... otherwise clean and well maintained

This place is fantastic! Great tasting coffee and a lovely selection of tea. The service was exceptional and the menu has a bit of everything for everyone. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. Go try it! This might just become your new favorite coffee shop.

I would like to to take the opportunity to thank Biggby. It’s not everyday that you walk into a new coffee shop and find out that not only does the Java taste great but the staff are friendly, upbeat, and don’t seem like they need a triple shot just to be nice. Differentiation is difficult in a market so saturated and it appears that they have been able to go above and beyond to do so by creating that customer experience we all yearn for in our busy lives. Once again thank you and best of luck in your business, even though you’re already on point!

I stopped by on their first day open to try out the new spot, had a Raspberry Zinger and it was DELICIOUS. They were clearly slammed being the first day open and still turned my drink around in good time. Love to see the new business in this empty spot start bringing traffic to the area. Congrats on the opening and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Terrible service. Ordered 3 drinks, sat and waited for over 20 minutes. Then realized people that ordered after us were getting their drinks before us. Asked if our order was lost, no one (of the 6 people working) had a clear answer. Asked if they could make our drinks right then, they said it would be another 10 minutes??? Got a refund and left.
One thing that bothered us the most, is that no one even bothered to address the impatiently waiting customers. No “I’m sorry for the wait”. No “please bear with us, we have new staff”. No “can I get you some water while you’re waiting?” Nothing. I get you are a new business, but leadership is clearly needed.

Today on my visit to Biggby. There was 1 Person inside waiting for their drinks, After she received her drinks, it took 20 minutes for me to receive my drink, their were 5 girls working that I could see. Making someone wait for 20 minutes is unacceptable. I work in a doughnut - coffee place and Customers never wait that long. This was my 3rd visit, the first time took and hour as it was their practice drink day, my 2nd visit I left as their were to many people waiting. Employees need to step up their pace

Amazing staff. Very inviting. You feel like you are talking to some close acquaintance rather than a customer service robot. First time going here and the food, drinks, and service was top notch. I will definitely be here for another breakfast and a power drink

The barista at the window is always so full of life! She is like sunshine! The drinks are what you would expect from a coffee shop, but they are open later than most, which is nice, and service is fast

I understand this was their soft opening and they have a new crew, but you should be able to Order a plain coffee, no cream, no sugar and be out in say 10 minutes. After waiting 23 minutes I left without my coffee. If you are going here give yourself P L E N T Y of time, no matter what you are ordering. I can't comment on the coffee as I never had any.
