I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try this place. This is the best "Teddy Bear" frozen latte drink that I've ever had!

My new favorite coffee house! I'm a flavored latte fan and they have a huge menu of lattes. I adore the caramel mellow latte the most so far. I can’t wait to try their seasonal lavender flavored lattes. Their bagel sandwiches are also very tasty. Plus, 5 macarons for $5!

Great coffee house; good options for drinks, including non-coffee based caffeine (energy drinks). Breakfast sandwich was wonderful. Also cute. My only issue with the place is that it has a TERRIBLE echo, so between the espresso machines and the drive-through orders, the noise can be jarring. If they would put in a bunch of sound dampening panels, this place would be one of my favorites. That’s the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five.

EDIT - July 2022: I’ve come back to this location a few times now. They have sound dampening panels now and it hasn’t been as noisy. I’m now starting to think the first time I came there just happened to be a barista who talked really loudly. The place could still use more sound dampening though because the space is so big and there’s not a lot of stuff filling it, maybe more panels would help, they have the wall space for it.

A little pricey compared to other places, but the drink I got was good. It is a little tacky for the staff to ask about tipping at the window. I understand that tips are appreciated, but it should be just given by the customer if they should choose, not feel awkward/ obligated at the window with staff asking for it.

I generally like the coffee but I'd have to say it's pretty overpriced for what you get. Other local coffee shops charge between $4 and $6 for a latte whereas it's about $8 at this place.

New favorite go to, especially on Wednesdays! You just can’t beat a free Bragel with your drink order. There’s a special for every day of the week, staff is always kind & give the impression that they enjoy working there!

Today my husband was unsure of what to order, he asked for a surprise drink & the ladies were over-joyed with this request. They went with a “Scotchie” (butterscotch & marshmallow), and of course like all of their drinks, was delicious!

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The cream cheese was not included in the bagel or on the side. My vanilla latte had a metallic after taste. Very disappointing.

If you like chai tea, amazing! Many flavors to choose from as well and very accommodating to nutritional change requests. Bagel sandwich was delicious.

Fan of the coffee not the employees. The Coffee is very good. I love the frozen latte, the milk that is used is nondairy and makes it so smooth. I gave 4 stars because the employees are not engaging, for similar price Starbucks has the environment of feeling welcomed and the employees actually talk to you. I’m a big tipper, but it actually annoys me when they ask you to add a tip

I do NOT normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but… Every time I’ve gone to Biggby I’ve been disappointed - whether it be the service, my drink, my food, and especially the drive thru. I’ve had so many bad experiences such as hair being in my bagel, being treated inattentively and rudely by staff, and waiting 30 minutes with just 1 other car in the drive through. Their menu is also overpriced with their daily deals being very particulate, not good. Terrible.
