Entered this establishment SO excited but ultimately ended up SO let down. Entire experience took over an hour to receive two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by repeatedly telling myself “it’s a new store, of course they will have to work out some kinks.” But by the end of my experience it was clear that their problems were bigger than that.
My drink was made incorrectly. My sandwiches did not have any meat on them after explicitly talking to the manager making sure they had some. Maybe this would not have been such a big problem but after an hour of waiting, it becomes one.
During this entire time people started walking out of the store before ordering and having to get up to speak to the workers because their orders had gotten lost among the mayhem going on. Sometimes the workers would stand behind the counter looking lost and not doing anything even though there were 10 orders that needed to be made.
There was no organization, no management, no clear communication, and horrible customer service.
I hope this place can figure out their issues. Will not be returning.

Edit: This is in response to the owner's reply. First of all not sure how you would search for this as you don't have my full name, an exact order, or a timeframe to search through. Second, you are flat out lying when saying your orders are fulfilled in 5 minutes or less. I waited an hour for 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich that came missing half the ingredients. WHY would I fabricate this story? Worst food service and customer service in the Milwaukee area.
This is downright the worst service I have ever had anywhere. I was in today and it took over an hour and 15 minutes minutes to get 2 large drinks and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were both missing a bacon, they were just egg (after we both specifically ordered bacon) and both of our drinks were made incorrectly. It took over 25 minutes to get a refund because the managers had no idea what was going on. Id rather go to a McDonalds than this place. Better coffee and food... that's saying something.
This wasn't just my experience. While we were waiting there were at least 5 other orders that needed to be refunded or remade due to an error on the teams fault.

This place was really good! I tried their Caramel Marvel and one of their Bragels, both of which were incredibly delicious. My aunt and sister also got some different drinks and food, which they also enjoyed. The employees here were super nice and very quick. For three of us, it was pretty good, at least $23 for all of us. I’d highly recommend coming here.

Great chain coffee in the area. Not as good as a local coffee shop but not bad at all. They have great deals and promos so it's not super pricey for a coffee place.

Biggby and the team there are great. I’m in town visiting, and was having issues with the wi-fi at my families home, so I went over to Biggby to connect so that I could work.
Being someone who travels frequently and works remotely, I’ve never seen better accommodations for working/studying in a coffee shop. Aside from that, the team is extremely friendly.
Plus, I can’t remember the last time I got a 20oz drink and a bagel, and it only cost me $4…
This place will definitely be my go-to

Went through the drive thru and ordered an iced snickerdoodle latte and a banana berry smoothie. My boyfriend LOVED his latte and my smoothie was delicious. We will definitely coming back! Was their opening day and you could tell they were very busy! staff was extremely friendly and thanked me for waiting. It was understandable given it was their grand opening and how busy they were! Cannot wait to order again and try more items.

your brand new so I'll give you another chance once your staff is properly trained, it's clearly when I was there Sunday morning, 5/16/21, they were not.
5 young employees standing around turning out one beverage at a time. perhaps there are too many options on your menu?
also you should really inform the customers if your bakery is not fresh and it is day over.
I'll come back in a month and if it's any better I'll give you a better review.

Unfortunately wasn't impressed with my first visit. I purchased a matcha latte and the smallest size was almost $7. Which I was ok with since I wanted to try this newer small business. But it wasn't very flavorful, the reason I realized later was that they didn't even bother to mix it. There was over a tablespoon of unmixed matcha powder/mix at the bottom of my cup. There was no one inside store at 12:30 in the afternoon, and while I was happy with how quickly they handed me my drink, time should have been taken to do more than merely pour milk over it.

Great food & drinks, but the employees regularly ask for tips from customers when ordering, creating an uncomfortable experience. I have no problem tipping for great service and when deserved, but if it is to be an expectation, then I would rather the items are a touch more expensive so the employees can be paid the wage they are seeking.
Alternatively you could put a little bucket by the drive-thru where people have the OPTION to tip when it is deserved.
I will most likely be back when a craving hits for the delicious “bragel” sandwich, but usually avoid due to the uncomfortable situation — do better.

Coffee is fine, but omg this is the worst set up of a drive thru I have ever experienced. My lord. Ill be thru a full set of tires by fall and wont have a voice from screaming my order over traffic 10 feet from the speaker 🤦🏼♂️ And takes forever for one coffee and on 1$ sunday its still 4 for a coffee. Going back to Sbucks 💯 zero stars if I could
