Barriques - Fitchburg

Space could use some TLC (sheets of tile broken off the wall, dingy boxes stacked in customer areas, dusty, etc) and some staff can be rude. Last time we went the cashier was great and we got cappuccinos to go. The barista made them to stay and rolled her eyes when we asked again for them to go. She just dumped them into a cup and when I asked if she could at least add more of the milk foam she deflated she huffed and rolled eyes again. $5.50x2 for deflated cappuccinos. I'll enjoy my specialty drinks somewhere else.

Coffee is good. Food is good. But, what does it for me are the hard to find liquor bottles. Can't find a particular artisan gin or whiskey? Give this coffee shop a try. It might surprise you.

Excellent drinks and food all around. I like that they have classics and twists on those, like the Mexican hot chocolate. I also like the fact that they sell wine there too so I can get my staples of coffee, wine, and treats.

Great place for brunch and coffee, and a nice selection of teas and wines.

I love this place. Great coffee, friendly staff, and a fireplace for those cool fall mornings. I live on the other side of town, and will come here on my day off just because I love the ambience so much.

Great food and comfortable atmosphere. Their beer, wine, and liquor selection is phenomenal and features quality selections. Great place for a quick bite, business lunch, study sessions, or evening respite.

Really interesting barriques. Very cozy and an unexpectedly good wine selection. Food was phenomonal! Pork quesadilla slaps and the srirach tomato jam is good! Just try it :)

This was my go to spot when I lived in Madison. It has good coffee, baked goods, and a certain ambience that is well suited for getting work done.

Good food, even better drinks. Wine selection is superb. I always go to the highly-rated wall of wines under $10 to find something new. Great place to hang out. Try the alcoholic coffee drinks.
