My go-to place for writing when I need a change of scenery from my home office. Coffee is delectable and the menu is tasty and nicely varied. My favorites include the crusty, hot panini sandwiches and freshly baked scones. The atmosphere is laid back, with eclectic furnishings and a rotating display of original works from local artists on the walls. Not inexpensive, but worth the price in personality, comfort and convenience.

Excellent blueberry coffee cake. It had a thick layer of streusel! I've gotten mochas and black velvet here (amazing) before and after hiking the ice age trail segments nearby. Sandwich was good when famished from hiking, but not great, but cheap ($4.5 for sandwich).

My wife and I go to Crossroads at least once a week. We love the family atmosphere and the great service. Crossroads has a lot of fun things to do, Game night and Cribbage tournaments. The Have Live Music several times a month on Friday nights. And did I mention they are Dog friendly with a treat jar on top of one of the coolers. Our Lab knows exactly where to stop.

It was my first time visiting. Delicious coffee! Great customer service.

I've been here many. Sadly there are not may coffee choices west of Madison. The owner is smug and slow. Their coffee is good, but it can take 30-60 min to get anything from the espresso machine. It will be high quality and properly served. I'll give credit where it is due. The sandwiches are always stale, bagels are days old. So stay away from food. Don't be fooled by there sign, it my be open to invited guests only. The owner has countless invitation only events. She will leave the open sign and leer at you when you enter until you leave. Can you say arrogant, pompous, snooty. Good luck.

Dog friendly coffee and lunch location. Several options of drip coffees, but also serving espresso drinks. Sandwiches and sides in refrigerated containers. Sunny spot with plenty of comfortable seating indoors. Right on the main drag in downtown Cross Plains.

So friendly and fast. The service was great, plenty of parking even for a packed house for some live music on a Friday night. We had a cold sandwich and a salad from the cooler. Kombucha and root beer were awesome too
