I had wanted to stop by Crossroads for months and finally had the chance last week. I compare all coffee shops with their cappuccino drink. What I expected was a coffee drink with equal parts of espresso, steamed milk and milk foam. Unfortunately, what I received was mostly coffee with a small amount of foam that quickly disolved. This was not a cappuccino in any sense of the definition.

Wonderful staff! Can't say enough good things about this place! Great coffee and treats! We got there just after they closed and were so kind as to let us in for a much needed wonderful cup of coffee 😊 Thank you so much 💞 We will be back!!

Lovely local coffee shop featuring an array of delicious, locally made baked goods and a house blend espresso that tops my personal favorite list. Definitely worth checking out.

Would highly recommend the Rockwell Ridge Graham Crackers, hand made by a couple regulars of this cafe.

Very cute place. Full menu of coffee drinks and a good selection of breakfast treats. Slices of breads, scones, quiche, oatmeal. The also sell a selection of local items, like honey and shirts. The coffee (also local) was very good - I had a red eye with hazelnut syrup. The hot coffee is self service and there are multiple roast available as well as decaf. Overall loved it and would love to stop by again if ever in the area.

Really great iced coffee, and great, standard black and white muffin. Looks like a lot of cyclists were stopping in from the Ice Age trail, which made me want to spend the morning biking and stopping at coffee shops. Would stop again if I'm in the area again.

Drinks are great! Free Wi-Fi! Just wish they had more comfortable seating.

Crossroads is the heart of Cross Plains! Great coffee. Great people. Delightful food. Don’t pass through without a stop here!

I love this coffee shop. It is one of the non-bar places to gather in Cross Plains (though they do serve beer and wine), but it adds some variety to the downtown offerings. Great coffee and nibbles. They also have some lovely events with art and music.

Great little coffee shop. Nice selection of treats and my mocha was FANTASTIC! Clean and comfy decore. Really cool reclaimed tables.

I paid nearly $10 ($7.75 + $2 tip) today for a Raspberry Truffle Mocha that tasted like it was just coffee and milk and a "cinnamon roll" that was essentially a Little Debbie honey bun. If I wanted junk like that, I would have gone to Kwik Trip and paid less than $2. I know times are tough, but I used to really enjoy your delicious handmade drinks and homemade bakery items. This was so disappointing.
