Everyone here is so nice and eager to help! I'm a big fan of the scones, but everything tastes great! The coffee is always great and roasted regularly and the space is light and cozy. The staff makes you feel welcome and I'm certain I could sit here for hours just enjoying myself. Fave coffee shop I've been to!

First time visiting Cross Roads. Service was very good with friendly and accommodating staff despite being very busy. Iced vanilla lattes were well balanced. The breakfast sandwich was very rich, would reccomend ordering that. Will visit again!

I have tried to give this place multiple chances but unfortunately this place just rubs me wrong. It could be the regulars repping the establishments "Cross Roads" car magnets backing into and taking up two parking stalls (multiple times I have visited). Or it could be the time the baristas verbally discussed how my drink was made wrong and sent me out the door with it anyways. Otherwise, it is the general overall attitude of the lady with the dog who works there. If I knew her name, I would add it here. It's unfortunate that I love going to family owned (coffee) shops and I no longer have an interest in supporting this one.

Big fan of the apricot lemon scone and any of their lattes! Came here with my bf and parents last weekend for the food and drinks, and stayed for the beautiful atmosphere and kind service. I come here everytime I drive through crissplauns, and it's so good- sometimes I even make the long drive just for the coffee and folks there.

Non personable kids working and do not know how to make the drinks. What we ordered tasted awful. The Latte tasted of milk substitute with a half shot of bitter and sour espresso, very watered down. The tea was brewed with the milk... No extraction and left it in the cup to become bitter, took it out after finding it 10 minutes later. Truly an awful experience.

Just saying that the people working here are incredibly personable and kind and my coffee and tea has never once been bitter or watered down! Phenomenal service and great baked goods and drinks!

Excellent coffee and excellent service! My only suggestion would be with the chocolate chip cookie. Mine was more cake-like than I prefer (I like the all butter chocolate chip cookies). But still good flavor. I will definitely stop here every time I pass through Cross Plains. I sincerely wish they were closer to my home. I would stop there more often. Wonderful!

Had the worst coffee story at this place last month. I ordered a large decaf Americano and got a medium instead. When I ask the “Barista” about the mistake, she told me that she can add more water to my cup. I ask her then what is their difference in shots between the large and medium orders and she explained that is the same, except “the large has more hot water”. Not to mention their coffee is flavorless and watery. Only in a pinch I will go back.

Wandered in here off the Ice Age Trail. Friendly helpful staff, nice atmosphere, very reasonable prices, good coffee and great gluten free choices. The Italian Almond Cake was lovely!

The staff is so friendly. The coffee is more than you could ask for! It’s extremely hard for me not to stop for a Caramel Cream every morning before work! Very nice atmosphere! Child and pet friendly as well which makes it an extra special place in my opinion!
