Nice coffee shop, loved the decor and my chai latte was delicious

You will find The best double chocolate muffins on the face of the earth! The cupcakes are have the perfect texture of being crusty on the outside and the inside are so soft they will melt in your mouth🤪...we had become regulars there and the staff even remembers our preferences!

The atmosphere was cool. We have tried it twice both times the coffee went in the trash, it was horrible. We tried both hot and iced coffee. I hope all coffee in the midwest does not taste like this.

Their Ruby coffee is the best in Beloit.
They know how to foam milk without scalding it. Great people serving it all up. Great atmosphere except when the scociopaths from Chamber of Commerce come in and talk loudly so you can know how important they are. Best place for coffee in Beloit.

Amazing coffee, baristas are pros. Pastries are great and warmed. Atmosphere is beautiful modern antique, and service is friendly amd helpful. My girlfriend and i LOVED it for a morning coffee date!!!!

Staff were very friendly, and excited about the potential for Blue Collar. I found the paying ahead for your friends on a time sheet idea to be pretty neat. Blue Collar did a good job making the space look cool and trendy. It should be interesting to see how the space develops as it gains regular customers. Overall it was impressive for their very first day of business.

Very friendly staff, seems too be a lot of regulars dropping in which is always a good sign. Process seemed a little high, but I haven't shopped around and the quality was good so you get what you pay for. Definitely will be going back.

HE FORGOT MY FREAKING CROISSANT!! also my coffee was like 3.45, give or take, and my total WAS 8.81!! how much is croissant? there were now prices on this croissant and then they tried to scam me by not giving it to me. and when i told this man he forgot my croissant, he didn’t offer me anything to compensate their scam that i caught. i did not pay 8.81 for a 16oz coffee, i really wanted my croissant

but the croissant was pretty good tbh, but the coffee? subpar, at best. it wasn’t even hot when i got it, it was luke warm.
