$12 for a small hot chocolate and egg and bacon sandwich. Was okay but the sandwich was small for the price and the egg was way overcooked. Too bad cause I like small town places

We stopped on the way through and I got a chai tea latte as I don't care for coffee. It's pretty cool in there - industrial with exposed brick. Seems like a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee or tea and maybe a pastry.

The coffee was fine, but the girls working the counter were less than unfriendly. Would have been a better experience had I not wanted to leave their presence so swiftly.

I've had heard from others that there was a new coffee shop in Beloit that served Ruby Roasters coffee, so I was excited to check it out. I was surprised that when I asked for a Cafe Miel (a popular latte) that the barista had never heard of it. For serving Ruby Roasters coffee I expected more knowledge on behalf of the staff. It is a beautiful space with plenty of table and window seating. The prices are moderately higher. Most of the pastries didn't appear to be homemade and also were priced on the high side for the size and quality. The one thing that made my visit less than enjoyable was the many flies I had to swat away while sitting in the cafe. Also, it was very quiet and most of the staff was just leaning on the counters or huddled in groups of three chatting.

A welcome refresh for the coffee shop formerly known as MST.
Now about half the size but with more standard tables, chairs and stools (no more couches).
Not much food at this point but good coffee (from Ruby Coffee in Nelsonville, WI) and some bakery.
Good vibe and friendly staff.

Blue Collar is a nice addition to the main shopping area in downtown Beloit. Fashioned with an industrial vibe the cafe matches the history of the city.
Even with its tin-roofed walls and wooden tables, it has a welcoming feel. The staff has been friendly and patient. The tea, coffee, and pastries were appropriately priced for a downtown cafe and similar to chain competition.
It's a great place for a relaxing cup of coffee.

Sweet baristas and strong coffee! Flavors were great! Espresso came in a paper cup which made it all feel homey.

Coffee and cinnamon roll were delicious however the staff’s attitude when asked anything was not the best. Seemed like they were being inconvenienced.

Coffee tastes like chocolate milk lol

The coffee and atmosphere are excellent. It's great tasting strong coffee, so definitely not for the weak. They also have a great selection of iced and hot teas.
