My son and I go here often and we love the breakfast skillet and French toast menu. Always feel full and usually take home leftovers for another meal. We have always gotten good service, like the private booth seating and rustic art. Definitely a good value and a happy experience!

Family suggested that when we pass through Ashland that we stop for breakfast at the Ashland Family Restaurant. We are glad we did. Service was quick and my coffee cup was kept full. Huge portions and full of flavor. It was less than $ 18 (plus tip) for two adults. We will be back.

The food was awesome, had the Philly Sandwich. The waitresses were very friendly,very helpfull, and patient. Clean environment. Love the place!

I've been to this place 6 times in the past month. 3 times for breakfast and 3 times for dinner. Breakfast is great. Chicken Philly was good. BBQ bacon cheddar burger was good. But that baked mostaiccioli needs some work. Overall good experience, but wont be ordering that dish anymore.

We traveled up north for a short vacation and was late getting into Ashland so when we searched for a place to eat we didn't notice they were closing in 15 minutes. Upon entering, the workers were all nice and friendly, the food came fast and was fresh and hot. (Hubby and I both had an omelette platter for supper) Our waitress KC was super nice and asked often if we needed coffee refills and how everything tasted. Excellent service and food. Didn't feel rushed even though we felt bad for not noticing it was just about closing time. Definitely will be back again.

My wife and I had a great breakfast. Finally, a place where the Cooks KNOW how to cook hash browns!!! The food was great, the waitress was great!!! Good price and very filling.
I will say the booths are a little tight...need to kinda figure that one out, we prefer to sit in a booth, but wow, tight here..still the food and service were great!!

Nice little restaurant. We got a little bit of everything. Breakfast, kids meal, burger, soup. Nothing fancy but a good quick bite to eat and very reasonable prices.

We ordered a couple of extra dishes thinking the plates would be small because of the price. The plates came out overflowing huge and delicious.
