Tempest Coffee Collective

This is the type of place I’m afraid to write a good review for. I want it to be a well kept secret! It’s a great little cafe with delicious food and great coffee right on the river with quaint, comfortable seating outside. I live nearby and started walking here for a nice breakfast and coffee and I am going to be a new regular for sure. Nothing negative to say at all!

Items on menus were cancelled not many choices.. place was clean.. prices high but seems like they need to for the lack of foot traffic. It's quiet by the water and the trail. Would I go here? Possibly to get away by myself or with my wife once in awhile. Looks like it's more suited for spring summer and fall.. once it's colder outside doesn't seem it will be warm inside and would get crowded easily since it's rather small.

Servers were very friendly and the food came out quickly regardless of how busy they were. The bathrooms were also very clean. If I lived in Appleton, I would come here everyday.

Extremely relaxing atmosphere. Food and coffee choices that they offer is amazing and great for anyone that wants to also work and have some goods while there. Highly recommend!

Every time we visit Appleton this is our go-to breakfast and coffee shop. The coffee choices are great and quality is always good! Really enjoy the pastries and yogurt dishes.

Really, really like going here! I love the variety of drinks, plus the employees are super helpful. While the items are a little more expensive than others in the area, it totally makes sense that they need to compensate for the location (which is phenomenal), plus their syrups are made in-house according to my knowledge. Definitely plan on continuing to stop by!

Absolutely amazing coffee and parfaits, but definitely a lack of signing from the road. Took me almost 20 minutes to find the place even with gps help. But definitely worth the looking

Ordered the waffle sandwich and the waffle was overcooked. Also, there isn’t any table service, you need to clean your table when you’re finished and the bus bins were full which left me trying to mess around with plates so I didn’t break anything.

One of my favorite coffee shops In the valley. Staff has always been kind and speedy at getting orders out. Drinks taste amazing and their pastries are always fantastic. Haven't had one i haven't liked yet.
