My family and I were heading home after a 4 day getaway, and stopped at this coffee shop. There was an orderly line of customers, and there were 9 of us. Not all of us went in. There was only 1 young woman working, and she was amazing. She handled the job with grace and efficiency. Drinks were perfect and food was great. She even went the extra mile to make cream swirls in our drinks.

Hey, you've found possibly the greatest coffee shop in all of WV. Make this a "must stop" on your travels, because not only is the coffee great, the pastries are amazing. Last time I was there I picked up a lavender latte and an espresso iced muffin. If you can, make sure to grab one of the canned lattes they have in the fridge. Those are awesome for hikes, but they sell out fast!

Great coffee shop. My wife loves the drink selection. The spiced cider is delicious. Pastries are good. Quite a selection of beverages in cooler. Some pre-made food and excellent beef jerky

I'm so glad I stopped here when staying in Thomas. I love a good coffee shop. Even though the dine in options were unavailable due to Covid, seating was available outside.
The coffee itself was delicious, I had a pumpkin nitro and added some half and half myself. I had two one day and another before heading back home. They also have yummy baked goods. I tried a spinach pastry, the pepperoni rolls, and a chocolate croissant, all were super tasty.
They also have a wide selection of craft drinks and beers, I didn't try any but it was neat to see all the options.
The prices were also really reasonable, it was less than $5 for each coffee I purchased (I'm sure that depends on what you get).

Great place for coffee they have everything your could want. Pastries are amazing, fantastic sandwiches ready to buy. I had a chi tea and girlfriend had the house blend very wonderful. We came back later to get the cold brew to go. They do only allow 5 at a time in the store which may cause a line but that's great for everyone to stay safe. Highly recommend.

A visit to Canaan area wouldn’t be complete without drinks and stocking up on Congo Bars and Ginger cookies ... (I apologize to anyone behind us in line when we bought every last one in the case 🙄)
They really need to sell those things online!

My husband and I spent a weekend in Davis for our wedding anniversary, we made it to TipTop twice and we're so glad we did! Great place to stop by before a day of hiking! Awesome hip atmosphere and super friendly staff! They had vegan milk options and I had one of the best vegan chocolate muffins ever! Such a cool spot in rural West Virginia!

I was staying in Thomas for a short 24 hours during a week long road trip across the country, and was so happy to find this small coffee shop! Honestly, without any exaggeration, this was the best coffee of the entire trip. I was glad that I stocked up with the coffee they had canned in the fridge - I'll be chasing this flavor for years, or until I make it back to TipTop in Thomas again! Truly the best.

It was my first time trying a chagaccino (got mine with a shot of espresso) and I was not disappointed. It was a delicious drink in general, and the espresso was high quality.

Tip Top Coffee Shop in Thomas...Nice beer selection too. They also offer kombucha on tap...but didn't sample any. Spinach and feta pastry and blueberry cream cheese pastry are superb. They offer to warm them, oh my! Pepperoni roll looked righteous.
