Coffee wasn't even good. Business was too hectic. Workers were soooo enthusiastic to help. (Sarcasm) Gave us paper hippie straws, that last 2 minutes. It shredded in the cup and tasted like feet.

I’ve had espresso here a good handful of times while in town. It’s genuinely great espresso and maintains a solid flavor throughout. I was genuinely surprised for the take away on espresso in that it actually came in an appropriately sized cup, even with a little fold out handle thing like an proper espresso cup would have.
Service is always professional and quick. The owner is wonderful and I adore that the place doesn’t do tips. Rather have those employees paid a good wage than have part of their income exist as variable tips.

I love Berkley Springs and this is an adorable locally owned cafe. Yummy treats. Good selection of caffeine and food menu. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance. I always stop here on my way through town.

If you want that personal homey feel of an old fashion coffee house - meaning good food and drink with personal service - this will become your favorite. A plus: buy to-go and eat in the State Park across the street.

Would rate 6 or 7 stars if I could. This place clearly not only has strong community values and is super welcoming, but also has amazing drinks and vegan food. Great to visit after doing the old roman bathhouse. Masking required for the protection of staff and customers

Super friendly staff and coffee. Had a gluten free peanut butter cookie that was excellent.

I had a delicious bagel and lox and a coffee and my husband had an egg and cheese biscuit. The bagels and biscuits are made there with love by Mama Trey. They are amazing. I love the environment and the food. Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

The food was good: sandwiches around $12
The service wasn’t that good: no water and no napkins in the table.

The food is pretty good can be a little bit pricey.
They make an OKish chai tea.
And the grilled cheese is good, Especially with the pickles.
Detected 2 stars for being rude, yes I know that the limitations are in place but having been outside standing in the cold since 8 AM this morning with a cold feels like of 48F and I’m sending your dining room waiting for my order for 15 minutes still serving writing this review. Plus telling me that I should be waiting outside implying that I should know the rules when I don’t know your individual perceived rules (we have no universal standards across this country).
This is my second time being here probably won’t come back.
The food service industry is a service industry I have worked in and it is going to be really hard in 2020 be polite to your customers yes they are sometimes not always right but....
It really does take me a lot of effort to write a bad review.
There is a sign on the door with the limits, that I was to shaking too much to see on my way in. If you’re going to be picky about rules then the only sign on your windows should be your hours your name and your rules and they better be short.
I digress.
Edit: apparently there is no reply mechanism.
The chai is a good blend, it’s just different from my expectations of chai.
I know that 2020 has been a rough year for most, beyond “other” circumstances and personally it has made me less tolerant to some things.
I do Not need a refund but I am tired of having Covid being an excuse for being disrespectful.
And I will be back outside in whatever whether volunteering for two more weeks.
